Really yummy, got a teddy bear mocha with Coconut milk. My barista was knowledgeable about dairy allergies and explained I should get the iced versus frozen.

I love love love Biggby all the staff is nice there coffee is better then Starbucks ( sorry Starbucks) an clean place..Wish they had more better deals on there ground coffee i havent bought it yet cause a small bag is expensive but i will soon..It would also be nice if you earned more points or higher points..Dont get me wrong it gets expensive to buy coffee there all the time..But worth the service an taste.

It's kind of at an inconvenient location, and there's no drive thru. Other than that, the food, drinks, and service are good. The last 2 times I've been there the staff members were sitting in chairs in the left corner behind the counter, and they jumped up as soon as I walked in. Nit the most professional look, but they treated me well!

Horrible Customer service!!!!
waited 10 min for my drink and when I got my drink it was made completely wrong and it tasted horrible!
When I brought it to one of the staff members .Attention and told them it tasted different from what I had in the past she got an attitude with me.
Never again will i spend my money at this Biggby!!!
