This place always has wonderful people working and great drinks. I like that the coffee is not too acidic. The only thing that would make this place better is if you were allowed to give tips to the baristas with your credit card.

Delicious!!! This was my first time here after passing so many of these on my trip. I finally had to stop. I got a large butter bear - butterscotch and caramel. Yummm. I can never find butterscotch drinks. It could have been butterscotchier, but can't everything? It was pretty pricey too - 12 dollars for 2 drinks, but you can't put a price on love. :)

I go to lots of Biggbys, and this one checks all the boxes: friendly staff, open space, variety of seating (tables, counter stools, comfy chairs), gorgeous fireplace. The flatscreen was also large and ON.
Standard quality coffee for the chain.

The baristas are literally the backbone of this establishment. They are always so kind and funny, I love coming in here. Recently they’ve said the owner is now charging $1 for water. LOL?! It’s August, I’m 8 months pregnant and this is a coffee shop. I get the cost of products, so maybe charge the $0.30 it cost you for the plastic cup. The baristas seem to DISAGREE with the owner on this one. I hope the owner goes backpacking in the desert and forgets to bring water.

Sat and waited for 30 minutes for coffee and Bagels to have someone else take my bagels and they didn't have any more so I guess screw me. Do not recommend this location.

I've been in here several times and the employees are just not friendly. There's maybe one of them that's great, then rest make me feel unwelcomed and that my order is an inconveniences to them. I'm going to start going out of my way to avoid this location. Hopefully management can turn this place around, it use to be great!
Update:
I went back to try it out again and the baristas are just as rude and unfriendly. One of them rolled their eyes when I asked about my bragel and I was already waiting for some time. Location in chums is a lot nicer!

Biggby Coffee has been my usual place to get coffee, I like to get a nice Carmel Marvel, the first drink I got there, and I'm pretty sure the only one I've purchased. No whip cream though. But, that is my opinion.
