Coffee is always made right but the customer service is somewhat lacking. Wish they were a bit more friendly and not so worried about their phones. The fact that they wear yoga pants to work really isn't not appealing either. But coffee usually tastes like it should.

Another Bigby! These guys are rocking it. The service was fast and the drinks amazing. The girls seemed to truly enjoy their jobs and we had a great time grabbing coffee.

The employees and quality of service have severely declined. In my past couple visits I was given incorrect allergen information, not given the opportunity to use my own straw when even obviously holding it in front of them, and we were not reminded of free shot Friday. No longer impressed with the coffee either.

A year ago I left a review stating “ Fast and Friendly”, I’m not sure when the shift happened but I haven’t been there in the last 8 months without waiting 20+ minutes waiting on a single coffee. ( I actually quit coming to this location all together, I stopped in because I was hoping the issues had been corrected.) Not worth the frustration of watching some of the staff fiddle around behind the counter while an entire lobby worth of people wait for their coffee.

I love coming here typically. I was pretty bummed today when I went in an hour before closing to get a bagel and found out the toasters were down for the night. If a place is open til a certain time I would expect everything to be available until that time. Other than that everything here is really good.

When placing our order for coffee the staff was rude. The other staff members made no indication that they heard me or my friend when we tried to let them know several pots of coffee were empty. A simple acknowledgement that they were aware they were empty and more would be out in just a moment. This will be my one and only trip to this coffee shop.

There coffee is really good! They have a good selection of different drinks to choose from. I once had a frozen drink and it was really chucky and I went up for a spoon and they made me a new one at bo extra charge! All of the people that work there are supper nice and it is always clean.
