Absolutely LOVE biggby coffee. I go daily and usually a couple of times lol..The owner is very nice and I see her around there often; even with an apron on working! There are so many sweet and kind girls working here. I do have one complaint that I am HOPING the owner does something about.
Its when you hire a new person. I wish you would train them more and I really don't like spending $10 on a drink for a new hire to "practice" on. I don't want to sound rude but there are MANY times I have had to just toss my drink. Speaking of...Tuesday I came in and the new girl made my drink. I swear to you it had NO EXPRESSO! It was milk & flavoring lol. I completely understand that you have to hire more workers and everything but I also know im not the only regular customer that avoids the store when you hire new people. Something has to be better for teaching them prior to making our drinks we pay good $ for.

I ordered a Carmel apple cider iced 20oz light ice and instead they made a Carmel apple cider hot 16oz then remade it iced but it was still only 16oz and not light iced like i ordered or a 20oz

I just stopped in on my way down state (2/18 at about 10:30 am) and the store was really busy. Had a little bit of a wait because I could see that the barista had like 4 bagel sandwiches to make.. well that didn’t bother me at all because both girls behind the counter had smiles on their faces and were working as fast as they could even though customers kept pouring in. Also, my latte is perfectly made... If I had any cash on me I would have definitely left a tip but I felt they deserved some recognition! 👍🏻☺️👏🏻❤️

Hurts my heart to only leave 3 stars but this place has gone down hill as of late. I have been in on 5 separate occasions over the past 2 months. Each time my coffee was un-drinkable. I now drive across town to get my fix. Not sure if it’s the lack of workers or lack of training. I hope it picks up.
