Had a fun time at Biggby, 2nd time and the manager and her staff made both times memorable and enjoyable and went out of their way to assist us. Remembered our last time there and shared moments with tonight's staff creating laughter and chatter for our time there.

I asked for 3 shots and a splash of coconut milk and he put coconut flavoring instead, even though he confirmed my order 3 times. When I told him he was supposed to put coconut milk in it he just said "no reason to be mad about it man". I ended up having to put in the coconut milk myself.

Good coffee (and they even have stuff for the people that aren't so found of coffee) good service, and a good place to chill. I always get a mocha caramel on ice its delicious. And sometimes I add marshmallow for added creaminess and flavor.

Always good. Very comfortable and great (coffee) drinks and other delicious items like bagle breakfast sandwhiches and muffins. Great service & clean always. My fiancée & I had our first date at this location so it's special to me.

I have only one complaint. The new Frazier teas that replaced the Harney's are not as good or flavorful. The Harney's Earl Grey and Hot Cinnamon were delicious. The Fraziers are flat. I just will not order the tea products anymore.
