Port Austin Kayak & Bike

This is a beautiful place to go Kayak but their customer service is not very good. They charged us for 4 hours but they said they would refund 10 dollars if we were back in 2 hours. We got back in less than 2 hours but they refused to refund the money.

Awesome place all around!! The staff is friendly and quick to take your order! This place has a relaxing atmosphere and makes you feel comfortable! The food is very good and definitely a place to take your family and enjoy your time!!

Great experience! Staff was so accommodating, kayaks in good condition, location provided for great views and the opportunity for many levels of challenge. Definitely coming back! :-)

Seems like an OK place. We went on a Saturday and it was really busy. We were told there was a waiting list and it was on the 3rd page. The guy said more than likely you won't get one today. We signed up anyways and 15 minutes prior to the shops cut off time for rentals we missed a call for our turn. We were actually right next door having dinner so we couldn't make it in time to rent.
My advice would be to get there early or call to reserve if possible. Otherwise you may not get to rent if it's a busy weekend.

Well organized with plenty of kayaks and life jackets to rent. There's a clothing shop attached. You can kayak up the coast to Turnip Rock, about 3 hours round-trip, or just kayak the bay. It's a workout when the water is choppy.

Port Austin Kayak & Bike is the place to go if you are looking to rent a kayak to tour out to Turnup Rock. Reasonable rates and tons of kayaks avalible. They staff is helpful and their store has tons of gear and clothing.

Took about an hour to get there, was wonderful! A bunch of strangers hanging out having fun. Everyone was super super nice too! Will definitely be going again!

Not very good the waitress was great felt sorry for her they were out if hamburgers so we ordered other stuff and about thirty minutes later was told no hot dogs

Staff, kayaks, paddles and location were awesome. I took off 1 star cuz the life vest they gave me smelled like rank B.O. so bad it took away from my overall experience.

My wife and I took our 10 hour reset down the road, then we drove up here and this place is really really nice, the people are friendly and the views are very pretty, the fishing ain't bad either
