I really like their coffees and they have some decent deals on some beans, but I wish they'd try to compete more at Bigby's price points for their standard black coffee. If both cost the same, I'd go to Water Street, but I can get 20 oz at Bigby's for $2.11 and it's going to run upwards of $3.00 at Water street. They can leave all their sugar-cream drinks at the current prices, but I just wish they weren't 50% more expensive than other coffee spots, with probably a little worse coffee, but not 1/3 worse, and certainly more convenient to major streets.

I've never had a terrible experience here but it's hard to stomach paying $7 for a latte in Kalamazoo, MI. Okay coffee with a kitschy atmosphere but they are absolutely banking off of hipster counter culture types who are willing to pay way too much for okay coffee.

Overpriced. Long lines. I never would have bought a half sandwich for 6$ anywhere else. But it was really good. Their coffee, smoothies, pickled and sandwiches are delicious. But expensive

Less than 10 parking spots. Traffic is so heavy both sides of street. Coffee house has many different blends.

Rude staff. $12 for a coffee drink and scone. Scone was soggy. Waited about 20-25 min to get drink.
I wish I could say today was an “off” experience, but this is typical of WS.

Its my new tradition every time I'm in town I will always go to Water Street Coffee and pick out a new drink, or one Ive had before. They have a wonderful selections of tea's and coffee. And ready to please those tast buds.

A bit awkward to get to unless you are already in the immediate area, but they serve such great coffee it's hard to resist making the trek.
Obviously a very well loved establishment of locals. Everyone seemed to know everyone.

Best coffee and service around! I work as a barista at another coffee shop... just to support my obsession at Water Street!!!

I can’t express enough how much I love Waterstreet! Not only do they have the best coffee, but their bakery items are out of this world!!! I hope they expand like starbucks.
