Great Drinks and Staff - Greedy ownership.
Owner and Upper management put tip pooling between locations in place instead of raising wages for low tipping (drive thru) locations. Shameful that such a successful local business would treat their own so awfully.

Really like this place. Speedy, friendly service. Excellent hot chocolate and the spiced mocha is one of the best mochas I've ever had. Delightfully thick with a hint of spice. Good tea selection. Have not tried the food but everyone I've ever seen eating seems to enjoy it and they seem to run out of things to presumably popular/good. Only downside really is the parking situation and the somewhat noisy seating area.

Great coffee and nice staff.

The staff and general company are amazing! I love the drinks! My family has been going to Water Street since I was little! The coffee is good, but the Italian and French sodas are the best. This coffee shop is great for family and friends. Even children will love this place!

Great coffee and breakfast with patios to enjoy a quick morning stop.

We always stop here for coffee when we are in town. The baked goods are tasty, the staff is consistently pleasant and helpful, the bathrooms are clean, and the selection is a coffee lover's dream!
We always buy a bag of something to take home and brew as well!

The staff were great. It was a nice place to pull on the side to get out of the snow and have a cup of coffee and a scone.

They make everything really quick. I order on the app and pick it up at the window and it's so easy. I have tried the black bean and egg burrito, the fiesta tofu and potato burrito, cherry oatmeal, and veggie eggcup and they were all delicious. My husband and I also got a maple pecan latte and a spicy iced chai and they were awesome. I've actually never had anything here I didn't like.

Hoping the marketing department / management sees this - I love water street coffee, its my go to, favorite spot for coffee, snacks, drinks and more. But since they changed the rewards program to an app, its become so much more difficult to frequent water street. We used to be able to enter our phone number or tell the barista our phone number for rewards. Now, we are forced to download a app, navigate its confusing interface, and sometimes when the app requires an update, it forces you to exit from the app and update it first before you can even scan your loyalty code. I don't have time for this nor do the people in line behind me waiting to place their order.
I am a business owner and marketer so I get it, you want your brand to have more visibility on the users device, but what about the 74 year old who has been visiting the coffee shop since the paper loyalty punch cards were around. I'm a millennial and still find this very frustrating. Lets go back to the old way.

Support your local businesses. I was headed off to Starbucks to grab a drink and thankfully it was in an inconvenient location cluttered with parallel parking pots. I didn’t expect to find this one. It was conveniently on the corner of the street. The cappuccino was excellent. Espresso finally done right. Super creamy and no bitter aftertaste. Give up your Starbucks run for a local masterpiece. Not only do they offer great drinks but an array of food options and a cute sit down area. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in the area. Thank you for the great service!
