The first time we came here there was a hair in my boyfriends omelet. The owner or manger gave us a $20 gift certificate and replaced the omelet for free. The whole order should have been free at that point. The fried potatoes taste like wet potato chip. Blueberry pancake was doughy. Do not recommend if you're looking for a satisfying breakfast.

My food was good - fries were okay. Step-mom's food was good. Dad's mashed potatoes were hard; he couldn't eat them, and his meat was overcooked and hard. Dad doesn't want to complain but should have said something; probably could have gotten it replaced.
Waitress was nice enough - didn't visit too often but often enough for good service.

Great place to eat who does always top quality and the people of work for Tony packles are awesome I eat their at least once a week

I haven't ate here in years, We had poor service and horrible food. Both of us complained of over cooked, cold food when it arrived. I ordered a ribeye steak..they made it twice because it was shoeleather and asked for it to be medium. Horrible food and service. The owner did come out and took the steak off the bill.

The service is very slow. We watched as our server chatted with coworkers, texted on her phone and cashed out several customers before taking our order. This wasn’t the first time we experienced this slow service. The food delivery was more prompt. We almost left but gave her more time. Our server wasn’t wearing a mask but every other server was. The food is just ok. 6/21/20

The young waiter was great. He gave excellent customer service! The food was delicious. The only BAD thing was I was to full to have pie! It looked AMAZING!!

First time there. All you can eat walleye is what we had. Food was good, service could have been better at first but did improve.

Had a huge yummy breakfast (couldn't finish it all) and absolutely great waitress.

Fish was under cooked n the service was slow people who came in 10 minutes after me got there food first n we ordered the same thing would. Not recommend the fish

Waitress was wonderful but my soup had to be heated up was only like warm but tasted like the salt shaker was dumped into it and l threw it up before I got home! My friends food also had to be warmed up. The best was the wonderful waitress!
