Love the new floor!, food and service was great.

Pretty decent food at a good price. Waitresses are friendly and work very fast. Your typical small town diner except for their pies which are very good. All homemade and you can order them for special occasions.

Had a very good lunch here with my grandma. Good food good service.

This place has either gone downhill or has a new cook. Previously the food was good and fresh. Went there today and the fried mushrooms were barely breaded and cold. The fried chicken dinner, the chicken Tasted old and the Breading tasted like something it had been cooked in that was not tasty. The mashed potatoes were supposed to be homemade and tasted boxed, the gravy for the mashed potatoes tasted like it was made with lots of chicken bouillon and was very salty. The only good thing that came with the chicken dinner was cottage cheese which she can’t ruin.I got a piece of pie to go which they are usually amazing and it was abutterscoth , which was hard and the whip cream on top was dry and rubbery. Imagine my disbelief with this food as it was all terrible. Will not be going back.

I REALLY like Napoleon Cafe. We started going there for breakfast during the beginning of COVID 19. When in-person dining was closed down by the governor, Napoleon continued to serve take-out breakfast with grace and style. We like these people a lot.

Me and my girlfriend stopped in. It really took me back. I used to come here with my Grandfather as a youth. He was a regular and I have to say that it doesn't appear to be very busy anymore. I know a lot of people used to fill the seats of this great little dinner. This place really has that MA and PA feel to it. Unfortunately for today's fast pace it's getting hard for small honest businesses to stay afloat. Food options have to be fast to match the life style. If your looking for a place to sit down and take a load off and get fantastic service at very reasonable prices then come in sit down and enjoy the atmosphere and don't forget to tip your wait staff.

Sometimes this place gets 5 stars and sometimes 2. Like to get the walleye dinners on Friday nights but depends on fry cook if you get a decent meal. Service is usually pretty good but got a new girl tonight and wasn't very attentive

Very unusual. Normally a great place to eat. But not last night. Fish was soggy. American fries where dry. Gravy was lumppie. Girls where more worried about counting their tips than taken care of the patrons. Not an enjoyable experience and I had to spend my hard earned money for this.

Lunch started great but went down hill. My server was close to the end of her shift and more concerned about going home than anything. She never asked how my meal was. She never came by to refill my drink. She printed my check and dropped it off without asking if there was anything else I wanted or needed. I love their pies, but I guess there was no pie for me today. Thirsty and pieless in Napoleon...

Haven't been there for several years figured we try it out. Good food good service nice environment will be back again
