BIGGBY COFFEE

I was struggling at first combining my cards on my online account and then when I did and got my coffee there was no whip cream on it anymore because it melted and coffee was semi warm. But before they gave me my coffee they were about to give it to another customer but they could only afford one at that time so they gave me that one instead . Not happy with biggby on south Washington in holland.

There was only one person in the drive thru when we went in and my sister and I waited inside for half an hour for tea latte. I normally go to a different bigby, so was extremely disappointed in the service at the one we went to.

My coffee was delicious as usual but the line took forever and the cost is definitely high class

Coffee is always good but the only thing I don’t like is the Drive thru service I leave out every time for coffee before work I got here at 8:00 Am and didn’t get my coffee until 8:40 Am smh you even had people leaving because this location was taking so long making the coffee if they keep operating like this they will go out of business because this is an everyday thing with this location I recently was in Muskegon for 2 weeks and the Biggby location in Muskegon had a lot off people at the drive thru but they move faster at making your coffee and not only that if take long they just give you the coffee free and tell you sorry for the long wait unlike this location they don’t do either so with that being said if you are in a rush for work or you are trying to get coffee before work you must leave an hour early or an hour and 30 minutes early because if not you will be late for work and you will waste gas just from waiting in the long line

How is it that I ask on 2 separate occasions while at the the speakerphone for you guys to actually toast the bagels, that I pull-up and pay, and yet I'm handed cold bagels? Cold bagels are disgusting. If I'm asking you to toast the bagel, toast it. Plus how is it with 3 separate bodies working y'all still manage to take an eternity to make 2 simple coffees and bagels? Seriously disappointing. Y'all need to step your game up...

An awesome coffee shop. Friendly baristas who interact with customers and make a great cup of coffee at the same time. Well worth patronizing. It's a shame disgruntled former employees are trying to ruin it's reputation. Shame on them

Best coffee shops in holland

Usually do a good job, but they've got an awful parking lot, and it's even worse now with O'Reilly there. Not Biggbys fault but still. It's a pain to get in and out

Biggby is honestly the best coffee shop in West MI. Every single one I go to is top-notch!

Usually coffee and such are great. My bagel was so hurt I couldn't even eat it, mentioned it to them And her answer was "oh.. OK" absolutely ridiculous!
