BIGGBY COFFEE

Went and ordered a bagel and waffle sandwich with a coco marvel iced latte with extra coconut and a regular coffee with extra sugar and cream and we waited there for 20 min at the window and was told that they had no sausage literally 10 min into waiting and then the coffee was no sugar and the latte tasted like a regular coffee no flavor at all and it was hot instead of iced... definitely not going to this one ever again !

The Mint St. Patrics drink was Delicious.

Today is bogo after waiting 25 minutes asking for bogo.. was still charged 13.57 for two drinks.. very disappointed.. might not be returning to this location!

We love this location!!! The baristas always remember our order and are always super friendly and courteous,especially Hugo and Leah.... If the owner reads this you should give them a raise bcuz those 2 are awesome!!!! We won't even go to the other locations unless we have to... Great place, and the coffee is top shelf all the way...

Why is the lobby closed with no indication on the front door? I've been told it's due to low staffing but they usually have 2 people making coffee when the lobby is open. Today they had 3 and its closed. No consistency or ability to notify people with a note on door.

I usually go through the drive through for coffee. Friendly service, great coffee, and I love the coupons!

Workers weren't wearing masks & was touching her face. The menu selections are slim to begin with & there was a lot of things they seemed "out" of. We drove across town to Starbucks.

Yummy coffee, love the half dark, half light blend, mellow and smooth. Their muffins are yummy. Baristas work well as a team, and are very friendly. Great location, close to banks, drugstore, grocery store. Pleasantly decorated and low key noise wise.

This location has amazing customer service and always makes quality coffee. Not only that, but the owner is so incredibly kind. When our car battery died across the street, he helped us get it going again. Highly recommend supporting this company!

EDIT: Fast forward a few years, and, while we no longer frequent this location due to no longer living near it, the few times we have been back, the service has been much faster! The toasting of the bagels has also seemed to improve. I am adding a star to my rating of this location (going from 3 stars to 4 now).

This is a very unapologetically slow location. This morning, we waited at the window for over 20 minutes to get both mochas and both bragel sandwiches. This is not the first time such a thing has happened here, either. Maybe they wouldn't take as long if they didn't aim for charring the bagels to BLACK before using them for your sandwich.
EDIT: and now they have changed tea brands, which I didn't notice before ordering what used to be my favorite tea latte. It went from being a comforting vanilla bergamot blend to a jarring citrus bergamot that is too disgusting to enjoy.
Avoid Fraser Tea, I guess.
The service was moderately faster today, though.
