BIGGBY COFFEE

So disappointed. This location is so inconsistent it's not funny. I pay for extra shots of espresso alot an don't receive them half the time, I barely get enough cream when I ask for it, don't get napkins when I order a messy bragel, the new girl double charged me a few weeks ago an I was never refunded an today I was the first an only customer I order a turkey havarti an received HAM. I cannot eat pork an there's no way the barista didn't realize it instead she just sends me on my way with the wrong order even tho nobody else was there. Shame on this location. Been having issues nonstop lately.

Great selection of coffee and coffee drinks. Excellent bagel sandwiches and other goodies. Staff members extremely friendly. Ask for a pup cup for your puppy.

I have only been to this BIGGBY one time and got a buy one get one free iced coffee with a coupon. Though I love their iced and frozen coffee, the guy that made mine drizzled the caramel all over not only the top, but all over the sides of both of the cups. Would not have been a problem if I didn't have to pick both of them up, get in my truck, and drive with them.
Even though their coffee's are really good, I only get one once a year because I think they are way overpriced.

The people at both Holland biggbys are always so friendly. I think biggby is just a little quirky. The one on Chicago drive has a room you can use for corporate events and if I recall, the room was actually free to use, you just have to reserve it. I like going to the one on the south side with my four year old, and he says they have the yummiest treats.

Love this Biggby! Great lattes and friendly service. I've always found that if you treat baristas well, they exceed your expectations!

the girls here are always in great moods & always recommending a drink to try which I normally end up getting. & i appreciate their patience with me ❤️

One of my favorite coffee shops - and this location did not disappoint! Super helpful and lovely staff (drivethru) excellent breakfast sandwich, muffin and smoothie. And a wonderful choc Irish cream that was not too sweet. Always a favorite!

I got hadn't been to biggby for a while and I was disappointed when I did go. I ordered a white lightning and it was terrible. It just tasted like creamer. Very disappointed

Orders get done wrong I understand and even now with staff shortage. But to get charged to get it corrected and (on top of it ask me if I called last time that they made the same mistake) with no apology is what did it. I will not be returning to this location again.
