This location is right in front of my work, so I frequent it the most. It's always clean, professional and friendly. They always get you in and out fast and the owner goes above and beyond to make sure our business park area looks its best. This is local business at its finest.

Staff was not incredibly friendly and seemed very standoff-ish. Slow service and forgot to make bragel we had ordered until we reminded them 15 minutes later. Not like most Biggby franchises that are warm and welcoming.

I LOVE biggby coffee's hot chocolate. I'm not really a coffee drinker so I got a hot chocolate not expecting it to be much different from any other hot chocolate but it was. It was the best hot chocolate I have ever had.

Its still good, because its Biggby, but this one is by far the worst one I have been to between South Haven, Holland, and Grandville.
Coffee is always a little more bitter, which leads me to believe that they don't clean as well as the others in the area (coffee oils build up makes coffee bitter)
They are sloppy and my hands are sticky because they leave syrup all over the cup...so now my hand and steering wheel in my car are full of syrup...not happy.

The employees on the late shift must be too tired or trained poorly because none of our hot drink orders were remotely hot. Not as nice as the daytime workers. Hannah and Billie should be fired.

I frequently go to this bigby and the wait in the morning is typically long. So make sure you have at least 20 min to wait in line. Coffee is always good just slow service.

We were visiting on vacation and fell in love with this shop! The teddy bear and butter bear were my favorites and we stopped on the way out of town to get some for the road. Ever think about opening a store in southern Indiana??? :)

It's a good coffee shop. The workers are friendly and the environment is clean and pleasant, good place to sit and talk. I'm just not a fan of Biggby coffee drinks. The tea is good though.

Wasn't a fan I'd the blue berry coffee. It tasted sour. And not in a good way considering I wanted blueberry flavor added. I threw it all away. They sandwiches are all right though.
