BIGGBY COFFEE

Best coffee shop in Holland hands down. Owner is a great guy and we are always taken care of ever time we go. Tons of different flavors to pick from and hot frozen or iced. My favorite is the iced mocha I get it with double syrup and all half and half

Very slow service. Third car in line, yet waited 15 minutes to get my coffee. Took 3 minutes to even be acknowledged upon getting to window. Coffee only warm, not hot, when finally received.

Very relaxed and welcoming environment. Fun baristas who work hard to remember what you typically order when you return. Cannot say enough good things, and I have been coming here regularly for over a year!

Wow actually one of my favorite Biggby locations that I've been too. The worker Hannah is very nice and friendly and really just a great person to have serving me hot cocoa!

My boyfriend and I frequent this location since its less than a mile away from our home. Customer service is always great! Since the covid-19 lockdown, I've been through the drive through a lot and often have Lydia at the window. While all of the staff are lovely, I find myself hoping that Lydia will be there each time because she is so bubbly and smiley and seems genuinely happy! The interactions are so short but she still manages to make them a delight! Give that girl a raise!

Update: May 21, 2020 - My boyfriend, our daughter, and I were able to walk through the drive through at this location today and Mary was our barista. I am pretty sure that when I ordered, my brain said large but my mouth said small and when Mary saw the obvious confusion on my face when she handed me a small creme freeze, she didn't hesitate to accommodate my "duh moment". She was very pleasant!

She was happy with the teddy bear.

Excellent coffee. Ordered Bagel(toasted).... waited and waited. Finally asked gal about the bagel. She apologized, put it in a to go bag and handed it to me. Unfortunately, I didnt check it before I left the Bldng. It was cold, hard and had no butter. Obviously it had been done for awhile.
Considering the money you spend on a coffee and bagel you'd think they would've thrown the hard bagel away and made another one.

Wednesday is BOGO! What an amazing surprise for us ladies! We aren't from here but popped on by on our way to a conference. Delicious caramel marvel latte!!! Highly recommend! 👏

I used to love Biggby, I still do, but this particular location was disappointing. I saw the man making my coffee being very careless with hygiene. After pumping the syrup into my coffee he took his finger, wiped it under the pump, and licked the chocolate off his finger before giving me my coffee. I haven't been back since.
