Biggby Coffee

Very rude employee!!! So much attitude. Ordered an iced mocha and I'm pretty sure it's just coffee and milk no flavoring. So irritating when you spend over $6 on a drink.

Absolutely the worst service. Girls are rude can't not make drinks correctly. VERY slow no effort and very unorganized. Need way better training.

Coffee and food is as good as any other Biggby. Service not so much. I thought Biggby took pride in having happy and welcoming staff members. The unpleasant, rude man at the drive through this morning was definitiely not someone I'd expect to see working at any Biggby.

Every time i come here i wonder why they have a drive thru because i sit in it for 10 minutes at least. Service is very friendly, they definitely have that going for them, but their baristas aren't trained on any specialty drinks that aren't on the menu displayed above the counter. That's not the barista's fault, but this definitely isn't the location to try anything new.

LOVED the energy in the staff! So friendly and bubbly! I didnt catch names, but I am so encouraged by them today! I was in and out quickly, even with a long line in the drive thru!

They are VERY friendly, which is appreciated. Unfortunately the service is very slow compared to other locations, and they often get my order wrong. They are really nice about fixing the problem, but I always feel bad about having to ask them to.

The lines are long and the staff makes many mistakes on my orders. It really is hit or miss for long wait times and good service.

Worst spot for coffee in the area. The ‘manager’ Rebecca, I believe, started there recently and the entire staff quit 😂 I have heard they rule that place with an iron fist and that apparently ‘everyone is dispensable’ (yes even during a pandemic) There are often long waits as well! I don’t understand how this place plans to do well given that their management is terrible!!!

Very nice workers, establishment was clean. Menu has ALOT of variety and there are a ton of items that you can get customized. Much more customization options than other coffee shops.

Slowest Biggby ever. Waited over 20 minutes in drive thru with only 3 cars before me. Happens all the time. Staff is always friendly.
