Waited three minutes for someone to take my order. I ordered a large caramel cold brew without foam and a plain bagel with strawberry cream cheese. She repeated it back to me. I went to the window and paid. The lady gave me a hot caramel latte and a bagel with reg cream cheese. They didn't even give me a knife to spread the cheese. Then she asked for a tip! I'm not understanding how that could've been messed up unless she put the order in wrong. The girl literally did a 180 before she opened the window like she didn't know what she was doing. Disappointed is a understatement. It's been really disorganized lately when going there. Three girls, hardly a line and a few customers inside. I don't think it's too much to ask to get my order right.

Fun location in this old bank. The staff was great and I loved the coffee. One drawback of the fun layout is the inconvenient window setup for the drive thru. It's a little tricky to navigate.

Did online order did not confirm it after 30 minutes and said I still had to wait. Yet barely a line in drive through or inside.

I visited this location the other day and overheard a disappointing conversation. the barista- im certain her name was amber (based off of the trivia board) was talking awfully about her coworkers!!! I ordered a bagel and sat down in the seating area behind the wall. im not sure if they didn’t realize I was there, but I could for sure hear their conversation. i’ve always received amazing service from GG, so it was disappointing to hear her coworker amber talking about her so negatively. as a former biggby employee, management and store owner needs to get it together before I report them to biggby corporate or better business bureau. this is just the tip of the iceberg of problems they have.

Very awkward to be asked that while handing my card over when I clearly did not offer. Pay your workers more Biggby - I'm already paying $20 something for a few drinks, don't make it weird by having workers rely on and pressure people for tips in the drive through.

Slowest biggby ever. They must have a shortage of employees. I was in line 30min and was only the 3rd car in line.
Staff is friendly and my order correct. However, management needs to help out when staffing is short handed or ensure better coverage. It isn’t fair to customers or other employees who do show up.

My original review got deleted. I hate coming here and ordering the same drink (pumpkin iced coffee, oatmilk, one pump liquid sugar) and I’m charged anywhere from $4.44 (what it should be) to over $7. If I wanted to pay $7 for iced coffee I’d go to Starbucks and pay $5.35 where my order is accurate and the pricing is consistent.
Then the staff here says I always order the wrong thing. They make me some latte which is just iced milk. I don’t want that!!

Wait times for the drive thru can be long. But I like the staff and I've never had a problem with my order. Definitely prefer the Haslett location over Okemos.

Love the Carmel Marvel as well as the bagel sandwiches. Staff is always friendly and helpful. I rate 3 stars because the facility is dated with a tricky drive through that's tight for larger vehicles like pickup trucks and Vans.

I try to support local business, but this Biggby is *so* slow. I am pretty sure that I could have driven to the Okemos Starbucks, gotten my order, and driven back to Haslett in the time I have spent this morning just sitting in the drive through. I haven't even ordered yet. Very frustrating.
