Biggby Coffee

The drinks and food we get are always very good. What I really appreciate is the friendliness of the employees. I blanked on the name of a drink I was ordering for my spouse and the employee at the register helped me remember what it was by patiently asking me questions about it, which was very helpful, and while that could have been an irritating situation for a busy employee he was incredibly kind about it! I am impressed and appreciative.

Drinks were made perfectly, and the girls during the afternoon shift were wonderful!!

Waited in an extremely slow drive thru lane (20 minutes with 3 cars ahead) and my order was incorrect. Waited another 5 minutes for the order to be corrected.

The staff seemed very nice and were quick to accommodate the incorrect order. It just seems like there are a lot of inefficiencies at this location. The lobby was empty and I can’t imagine it normally takes over 20 minutes to fulfill 3 orders.

That said, it’s nice to have a Biggby here in Haslett. I just wish it was more reliable.

The shop is ok, seating layout is lackluster, but I don't spend much time seated. Seems they have been under-staffed lately. Went in this week and they had one dude, took me over 12 minutes to get an espresso. There was only one customer in front of me in the store, one in the drive through. My only main gripe is the differences in how they charge, they typically charge me for two espressos rather than adding extra shots to a single. Staff is normally very nice, beans are relatively fresh too.

Waited at the drive up for 13 minutes before having our order taken. Another 10 minutes before they opened the window and they still hadn't made the drinks. The car ahead of us was already at the window when we pulled up. It looked like a couple people inside but not enough to cause that kind of wait. Not an apology for the wait either.

Great service, great tasting items, and fairly priced. Love the variety. The service is always great, this time was a little slower, but the girl was working by herself and was kicking butt. She didn't let the rush affect her attitude either. Will be back and would recommend.

If literally any other drive through coffee joint shows up off Haslett ill never go here again. This has to be the slowest drive through in the lansing area... Flavor is 5/5 but I'm still going to rate this 1/5 purely because they are so slow. SPEED UP YOUR PROCESS.

Frequent Biggby customer and coffee lover here... This is one of the busiest locations in town, as tends to happen with a drive thru. Even so, the staff are always cheerful and smiling. They always make sure to extend apologies when something isn't right and they make sure the customers feel important. If you can spare a few moments in the drive thru, it's well worth the wait!

Very wonderful staff this is the first time I stopped this location

Coffee was fresh brewed and tasty. Service was AMAZING, and staff were great! Quiet place to read, or even chat with a friend or two. As for decor, it is beautiful. The cookies there are bomb as well. 10/10 would recommend.
