Biggby Coffee

Everything comes out correctly, but they never seem to have enough staff and wait times get VERY long throughout the day. Cost saving only goes so far when it causes long delays.

Horrible Biggby Experience today. 15+ min to get a drink is unacceptable (I started third in line). Also, I ordered my my standard drink: coconut milk white lightning. At my neighborhood Biggby this drink requires 10 units insulin bolus. Today, I took 10 units, drank my coffee and immediately crashed. The drink was made with only half (estimate) the ingredient amounts and thus had roughly half the sugars of the correctly made drink.

Takes too long.
Skimp on ingredients.
Unfriendly staff.

I do not recognize this store as a Biggby franchise.

Always really slow since they have one person working the cafe and drive-through in early morning. There is usually a 10-30 minute wait in the morning. Yes I have waited 30 minutes for a coffee. I know it isn't the workers fault but they really should have more people working at 6:30 am. Great coffee otherwise.

It seems lately the upper management is not ordering supplies or staffing properly. The employees are usually overwhelmed, but the coffee is decent. I didn't get any whipped cream on my peppermint mocha, and they were out of caramel. I waited almost 15 minutes, only to be disappointed in my drink I paid a lot for. I wish they were properly staffed and supplied, I would be more willing to spend my money there.

it's in a convenient location, but it's perpetually understaffed or just consistently slow even if properly equipped. I couldn't tell from the drive through, but I've been served lukewarm coffee here twice, so that's always a bummer. They'll explain the menu to you though if you're specialty coffee illiterate like me.

Lady was nice they were out of everything I wanted.

I dont get anything here, I just do pickup for my wife, she loves the strawberry mocktail thing. One thing is, I do not carry cash and there is no way to add a tip to my card transaction at this location. The staff are always friendly.

Absolutely DISGUSTED!!
Paid good money for a large white lightning, only to take a drink and there was a long blondish piece of hair in the cup. The lid was holding it in place. So it was there BEFORE the lid got put on.
Start making these girls wear hairnets because that was extremely disgusting and I'm not happy I wasted all that money.

We had gotten charged for 2 drinks even though we provided a coupon. They insisted it was because they had to switch cards for the order. However the first card attempted had enough for BOGO, but not for the whole order, so the fact it got declined means the coupon never got applied anyway. Then when we asked about it to get it fixed; they refused and said there was nothing to be done. Just don’t have lots of money so we rely on the BOGO to actually go through.

While the coffee is good when done properly. However when I order two or more lattes, I amlost always receive at least one that is either undrinkable or not what was ordered. I would go to a different location.
