Goodale's Bakery & Deli

A great stop for breakfast (or probably lunch) when looking for donuts while road tripping through central Michigan! A big selection, friendly people and good atmosphere. We picked up 2 bags of pierogies as well... though left them in the freezer of one of our hotels/cabins... hahaha, hopefully someone else will enjoy them :-p

Every time I go to Grayling, I absolutely need to make a stop here. They have the best "filled muffins" and I personally love their coffee cakes. The staff is always friendly, and they answer any questions I could possibly have. If you ever get the chance, it's worth stopping by.

Whenever you pass through Grayling… THIS bakery should be on your list of places to stop! Coffee is fresh, baked good are delicious, and the people who run it are second to none in hospitality!

I found this place almost by accident. I'm so glad that I did. I'm not sure if I'm more in love with the food or the most adorable man that owns and runs the place.

He was very patient while making a chili dog for me and a special hot dog treat for my doggie. We both thought they were delicious. My doggie gave her hot dog four paws up 🐾🐾🐾🐾 and a "WOOF!". 🐶

They also have a nice selection of baked goods including homemade coconut macaroons.

Thank you so much for putting the "serve" back in customer service. I will definitely be returning. 😊

Hands down the best fresh donuts I've had in recent memory. Great selection. We will definitely be back!

This is a pretty cool place. Fresh baked goods, pies, donuts and rolls. Also drinks and kitchen pot holders with funny quotes. We stopped for coffee and rolls on our way back down state. Tables and a deli counter for sandwiches.

Open sign was on at 8pm so we gave it a try! Salted caramel donut, fried apple and fried cherry donut, cream cheese danish, apple cinnamon bread all amazing!

Mr. Goodale always has a smile and a pleasure to talk to. Goodale's is a great place for dessert after a Spike Burger. The Pecan Caramel Roll is a must have when traveling through Grayling.

They have some of the best baked goods and food for lunch 😋
