Great, chill atmosphere. Eclectic furniture gives it an informal feel. Staff was super friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be at work. The latte was perfect! Will definitely be going back!!

A kind of hipster cafe without the hipster attitude. Mishmash of furniture creates a sense of utilitarian style that makes for a more personable hang out than a Starbucks. Food quality is good, though might be a bit pricier for what you get. No idea on the coffee or tea quality.

The layout and vibe were excellent; comfy, cozy and most inviting. The staff were wonderfully hospitable and friendly.
But the coffee? OMGosh! They should be in jail for serving such sludge.
And to be fair, we each ordered two different drinks: a latte and a house blend. How can one call themselves a coffee house of the first order and expect people to imbibe their watery and tasteless libations?

Holy cow I love roots! Heckin delicious coffee and food, the staff is phenomenal and friendly, the vibes are dandy, so many cute spots to sit and socialize or get stuff done...100/10 would recommend

This coffee shop has a great selection of teas, drinks, and snacks. It would be the perfect location to meet a friend or sit and read... but the tables are wobbly and if you don’t find a good seat, it can be a difficult location to work from. The table I first sat at had a wobbly top that seemed as though it might tip off and the next was bowed so my computer wobbled on the surface of the table, which was weird.

Bagels and spreads are incredible. No other place like it. The atmosphere is divine for deep focusing and socializing. So happy to have this place close to me office for a retreat from distractions!

Favorite Coffee in Grand Rapids. Also a quiet place to meet with friends, coworkers and have a nice chat. The Sandwhiches are decent too!
