I have gone here a lot as a kid and it’s been probably 10 years since I’ve gone there I went back today for the first time to donate 4 giant bags of clothes and I saw that they had got these popular shampoos I was surprised and was just pointing it out to my boyfriend no intentions of taking and an old lady screams at me not to touch it and that I need appointment when I didn’t even want anything I was just there to donate I will never come back ever again and she gave my mom a panic attack hope she felt good about that!

Gave out free shoes today. Audrey was wonderful. Worked hard to fit and kids loved them tysm

I have donated, volunteered and at one point had to use this store. The ladies there are wonderful kind and caring are very helpful in stressful situations that may happen to anyone at any time. They do not make anyone feel worthless for having to use the store.

Called for pick up which they are unable to do at this time. The woman I spoke with was wonderful. Very helpful and understanding.
