The staff is SO nice 😊. The clothes are in great shape and alot of nice things. You have to request a appointment time through the website... but it's pretty easy.🌞😁

They do not sell the items you donate. They are all free. And once a year they give out hundreds of pairs of shoes to elementary school kids

So helpful with the free school shoes. The line and wait was long but very worth it. My son got a great pair of new shoes and a size bigger so he can grow into them. End of the day the experience was great

Staff was really nice and super helpful. Things are labeled for an easy find. You only get a half-hour, so everyone is pushing to be first which is understandable. It's by appointment only, so if you or you know someone in need call ahead to see if slots are still open.

What a wonderful experience. On the day they were closed I met an amazing lady who allowed me to get a wonderful coffee table.

That is perfect optics; is only all businesses operated work on a customer service first playbook.

This particular "non-profit" is making a REAL difference! I stopped in for the first time(on 07/14/21) and was extremely impressed by the positive attitude of the workers, especially Ms. Sheena. What a wonderful organization!!!!

I don't even need to talk about whose Image they mean. Just go there, browse around, and you will soon see a sincere caring attitude from them. They will go above and beyond to help you get what you need. And, no charge to boot. The spirit of this place speaks for itself.😁
