The beignets and gumbo were to die for though if you're going there for hot cocoa or their iced coffee there's not going to be much flavor but overall I enjoyed it so much it was authentic Louisiana flavor that I appreciated.

Such a cute shop! The beignets are delicious and coffee was great! The owner was working the cash register/making coffees and was a joy to meet as well!! My family will be stopping in everytime we visit Frankenmuth!!

BEIGNETS!!!! they make the absolute most delicious pueces of fried dough I have ever eaten, which is saying something considering I have a family recipe for fried dough. The owners are great guys, and really help make the place a convivial place to chill out and eat some delicious food.
Also, the coffee is fantastic and the absolute perfect pairing for the sweetness of the beignets. 100% just what the doctor ordered!

Nicest lady, great coffee, love the atmosphere, and the beignets of course! Warm, soft, crispy, next time I'll try them with the raspberry dipping sauce. Highly recommend. I work down the road and send people down there as often I can.

I was disappointed to see the owner taking customer money then touching the raw product then touching the inside of the bag of the containers and napkins all without washing hands or what I would consider proper procedures especially during covid.
When I politely questioned if I could have my order remade or refunded he went on to explain to me how right he is in the health department does not require him to wash his hands after handling money and raw product.
