This is the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. It took 50 minutes for me to order my drink, and when I got to the window the staff member did not mention anything about the wait or even apologize for the amount of time I had to wait. I understand being short staffed or busy, but it should never take this long EVER in a drive thru. There were maybe 10 cars total in line. When I did order, the one thing I wanted they said they didn’t have, and they didn’t even apologize about it. They did not have any signs signs on the menu saying they are out of stock of anything. Biggby has lost my respect and my desire to ever go there again. Very disappointed.

There’s nothing wrong with the coffee, but do NOT try to go here unless you are free for the next hour. I don’t know if it’s the people in the drive through ordering entirely too many items, the way the store is set up, or under staffing. 3 mornings I’ve tried to get coffee with 20 minutes free. 3 mornings I’ve also had to explain to coworkers why I was needed an additional 40 minutes because it took an hour to get the coffee
TLDR if there’s more than 2 cars in this place, go elsewhere.

This location was amazing when it opened. No longer so. Service has continued to go down over the past two years. We dealt with the rudeness and slow service due to order accuracy that another location couldn’t produce. After the most recent order, we will no longer be visiting this location. Food allergies add to the necessity for the items ordered to match what is received. These are blatant errors that even those without food sensitivities would notice. Paying extra for extra cream cheese and receiving no cream cheese. Ordering a sandwich without meat, arriving with meat. Ordering a drink hot and it being prepared frozen. The most recent was ordering a hot chocolate and receiving ice and milk. No chocolate/brown whatsoever. We’ve spoken with management and communicated with corporate and neither have generated any improvements. Tired of throwing away money to unsafe food items and incorrectly prepared items.

45 minutes to get your order even taken with only 4 people in front line on the inside is ridiculous

I stopped after work to get a quick coffee and ended up leaving without anything because i went thru the drive and after about 2 minutes they finally took my order which was ok but when i got up to the window to pay and get my i literally sat there for 5 minutes being completely ignored by the employees. The one at the window literally stood with her back toward me the whole time while talking to another employee with no regards to the customer sitting at the window needless to say after waiting 5 minutes without even being acknowledged i drove off without paying and without my coffee. Worst customer service ever.

They put their regular customers before new customers I ordered my drink and food and stood their for 5 minutes and a regular came in they stopped my order to make this persons order and take their payment than continued on mine the poor customer service is ridiculous

Very inconsistent with the product served. A Teddy Bear should not taste differently every time it is ordered. Portion control should be addressed. Wait time is also insane. You would hope if you are going to wait the product would be consistent.

We are from out of state and we were excited to try a Biggby for the first time. We each ordered a drink and Bragel sandwich. The food and drinks were very delicious! After receiving the majority of our order and waiting for a while, we had to prompt them for some of our sandwiches and drinks - and some drinks were made different from what we had originally ordered.
The staff did not welcome us and didn’t know if any of their food items could be made gluten free. The space and restrooms were not well cleaned.

Friendly and fast service. Drinks were perfect! Got a strawberry Redbull freeze and a frozen purple haze. I never have issues at Biggby! Amazing. Amazing. Amazing! Starbucks, WHO????
