While I was waiting for my drink I noticed the workers sampling frozen drinks with spoons IN FRONT of customers (taking it from the blender directly), they steamed my milk directly into the actual 24oz hot cup, then proceeded to wipe the steamer down with their DIRTY sanitizer towels (clean ones go in a container under the espresso machine, dirty ones that wash the counters go into a red sanitizer bucket). I know these are all Biggby health code violations as I was a District Manager for multiple locations in Indiana.
Four people were working and there wasn’t very many customers and yet they took quite awhile to make drinks. One girl was barking orders at everyone else but there wasn’t any organization and everyone kept going out of position which was what slowed everything down.
They definitely lacked proper training and need better leadership in order to run effective timely and correctly.

I don't foresee 4.5 Stars or even Biggby Ceder Springs sticking around much longer if this location doesn't fix the poor service. I'm not sure if they recently changed ownership like I've heard but that would make sense because for the past few months even with six staff members, they could not keep up with regular influx of customers like they have in the past and that was even less staff. I don't know if this is a combination of poor ownership or lack of training but today I sat in the drive-thru line for over 15 mins without moving forward. I finally decided it was not worth the wait and when I pulled around I had seven cars in front of me still that had not ordered. It would have been able to drive down to the Rockford location and back before being served here.

Just stopped in to purchase a gift card for my son-in-law's birthday as he loves biggby coffee. While I was there I grabbed a medium sized cup of regular joe. I got to say the coffee is really great but I would never pay that kind of price had I not been in there anyway, seems awfully expensive, but I'm a retiree now.

The drive through has been a nightmare for a few weeks now. I have waited in line for 20 minutes or more only to leave without an opportunity to order. I know everyone is short staffed but something needs to be done to shorten the line wait time. Perhaps limiting the order to two drinks. Anything larger needs to be done inside. You are losing lots of money with people leaving the lines.

Pick up the pace people. Should not wait in a drive thru line for 30+ mins to order. 1 car moves per 10 mins. This is not even exaggerating. Stop asking for tips too. It’s rude and not warranted based on the slow service and high prices already to boot.

Every time I come here which is rare because I don’t have an extra 30 mins to sit in line I have to sit in line for more than 30 minutes. This time In line for 30 and I haven’t even ordered yet. I’ve never been to such a slow coffee place. Are all Locations this slow?! I’ve seen at least 10 cars jump out of line due this crazy slow service.

If there are 4 cars in front of you, it will take approximately 30 minutes. I timed it today. Check your order once received at the window, otherwise you will regret it later...especially after wait

Really need to open the inside because drive thru is really messed up here and very slow, some locations are open inside.Very friendly service, the are very pleasant and you can tell they enjoy the job. The issue I been having the last 5 times my husband and I have noticed the drinks are not good they taste like flavor milk and I am not sure if they are putting the espresso in them. I have noticed at others locations are drinks taste better. I feel like I am again drinking flavored milk when I order a latte. Its not good

Probably the longest drive thru wait time I’ve ever experienced. 20+ minutes. This isn’t working biggby. Find a new strategy on how to work a drive thru.
