Biggby Coffee

I always receive great customer service at the Cedar Springs Biggby and they make the best Banana Berry Smoothie I just wish they were cheaper cuz I would go there way more I just can't afford an almost $9 smoothie everyday like I would love to do. The price is the only reason why I gave this rating a 4.

I now go inside for quick service.

Coffee is ALWAYS delicious!

Went there this morning there were three girls working and only 3 cars in the line. We ordered our drinks, and waiting 10 minutes for them. We get them and the drinks are not what we ordered . I said to the lady that my drink was not asked to be sugar free and the other drink was suppose to be frozen. We were asked to pull around to the front, and she brings our drinks out. My drink has so much sweetener in it that I can’t even drink it. And then they tell us they couldn’t make the other drink frozen.😵‍💫 if I could rate them less I would. Will not go back there.

Trying to find this being from our of town the GPS didn't take you to the right spot. Advertising should be better to show where is located.

I just waited in line for more than TWENTY minutes and watched no more than three cars ahead of me go through. I wish I could say this was a rare occurrence, but it's not. This Biggby is only five minutes away from where I work. I should not need to give myself a HALF HOUR to get a coffee before work. I've never experienced such slow and incompetent service.

Quite possibly the slowest drive through I have ever been to- and I have gone to MANY coffee shop drive through a of various chains in my life.

What is going on with this location lately? The wait time in the drive through is insane! Half hour when there is 4 cars in line. The last 3 times I've came. Sooo many cars drive off because they are tired of waiting. This location needs to do better.

As a stereotypical bisexual, I adore the iced cold brews here. The creme freezes are also AMAZING!! I love you bigby coffee <3

I love Biggby so much more than Starbucks because you can actually taste the coffee espresso flavor in their drinks. The staff is friendly and the shop is comfortable. The only thing I don't understand is that you have to buy 12-13 drinks in their membership before you receive a free one. That amount seems a bit high to me. But their caramel frappes are to die for.
