Biggby Coffee

Had to sit in line 30 min. When I got to the window the person went to get my drinks and went mia for 10 min.

Great drive thru experience! My wife went inside ordered her drink told the barista to add it to my order as I went through the drive thru.
No info lost in the transition and the barista at the window was quick witted and friendly.
Another (consistent) great Biggby experience.

This Biggby only serves to disappoint. We live locally and they never get our order correct. This morning, the girl who took our order was too busy laughing and joking to take our order correctly. She rushed us at the speaker, & had to repeat it back when we got to the window. She was lucky I was in need of coffee and I had screaming kids in the back.
This isn't the first time this has happened either. Stop fooling around and get my order right.

Coffee is okay. Their "bragel" sandwiches are good. Employees were very nice and helpful. Quick service. Probably wouldn't go back for the coffee but I would go back for a quick bite

Biggby Coffee in Cedar Springs is one of my favorite places to stop! They are always so friendly and can't pass up on the seasonal favorites, especially during fall and winter!

I love this store and the manager is the warmest most welcoming person. He and his baristas make me love going to this Biggby. Hey spacecadetking, how do you trap people in a business with two entrances and exits? Wow! The caliber of intelligence of the haters is glaringly apparent. Must be the other shops family lol! I love the convenience of the drive thru and my drinks are always consistent. Keep up the good work Biggby CS. You know you are doing it right if you have haters!

My first time there, I didn't know what I really wanted. They were very helpful, they ask what I like and don't, they also ask if I like strong,med, or very weak coffee. After all their help, I ordered and I must say, it was delicious. They were very helpful, I will be going back.

Be prepared for a long wait in drive-thru but worth it. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

So slow no workers. How do people make money anymore.???

The worker there are extremely friendly and very helpful. There is hardly ever a long wait. And when I bring my young kids they are very patient and kind. Love going here
