BIGGBY COFFEE

Very slow service. Computers were "down" so they couldn't honor the normal Wednesday $3 latte deal and they only accepted cash. Not sure Ill be going back as this is the second time I've had a bad experience at this location.

This is a calm location for anyone trying to get work, school, or just alone time, please consider this location as the negative comments are completely false. It seems now like negative comments is a thing for trolls that want to make genuine companies feel bad for no entire reason. However, the funny thing is the coffee is the same quality as any location because most companies buy directly from the same locations as well as the bean is exactly the same bean essentially, making it a Oxymoron to coffee to aficionados. ARABACA BEAN, cough. if only Teavana was open because they had quality blends; however, Starbucks had to buy it out before they people tried there premium drinks, thanks Starbucks for now only selling the cheap stuff at high markup and then putting Teavana on your cups:/

This is consistently a great Biggby. Staff are awesome, speedy and do a great job at noting when you ask for alternative milks. 👍

I would like to support a Michigan coffee shop that isn't run from Seattle, however the service here is so incredibly slow that I simply can't do it. Today is the third time in four visits that I had to pull out of the line because service is so slow. Biggby, you really make it hard to choose you over another coffee shop

Drive through is incredibly slow. I've given them several chances but waiting in the drive through for 15 min with only 2 cars in front of me is unacceptable. I love the products but the service in the morning I can't do.

Great service, friendly staff, and tasty coffee

Worker wasn’t wearing a mask at all. Food and coffee are good but drive thru sign is broken and they’re a little slow (I think due to being under-staffed)

I used to visit this biggby all the time. The quality of coffee and service has gone down since I last remember it, and the prices have gone up. The drive through is extremely slow now too. Not sure what happened but it wasn't for the best

Drive thru coffee way better than Starbucks

Love Biggby!! Drive thru close to the freeway. Can get to mall entrance/ back of mall from Joslyn, so worth the early exit.
