Ordered door dash from here…they didn’t make one of my drinks on my order and they charge a $6 delivery fee from here.
What a disappointment that the workers don’t check the orders before they go out. You’d think that would be a requirement of management at the very least.

Why does it take 15-20 minutes to make a coffee when I'm second in line with no one waiting inside? This is the at least fourth time it's happened. I don't usually poorly review but c'mon Bigbby!

Tried to get food for work. Waited in line far too long only to be told that hadn’t started my food. I already paid and gave a good tip. I had to leave to make it to work with no food and called to talk to them. They answered with “hello” like it was a personal call. Did not say the Biggby’s name to greet. They didn’t offer a complimentary drink or anything for their inadequacy just simply said they would give me my food at a later date. This place shouldn’t even have a tip jar. I paid for my food order and left a tip only leave with zero food. Never again.

Fantastic drinks, but a bit understaffed for a Saturday in December. Could have been quicker. Still a good experience. Highly recommend.

Been coming here once or twice a week for years. Also I keep updating the review every so often. This particular location occasionally has bad drinks depending on how new the batista is. But overall, they're great.

I’m not sure what was going on today, but I ordered a medium caramel marvel & I had to wait 25 min just for one drink. Once I got it , nobody even apologized for the wait or anything. I’ve never had this issue with them before, but this was ridiculous. Nobody seemed to be moving with any urgency at all. I’m VERY disappointed with the service today. I almost left without even getting my drink because the wait was just entirely two long.
