BIGGBY COFFEE

I came through tonight and got a BOGO deal and every time I would say something or ask something the girl closing kept giving me attitude, was snotty at the window, took forever with making the two drinks, and took an extra long time putting the coupon in and then made me wait more time to give me my money back. She had no customer service. Such a shame too she manages night shift and was extra rude and took a long time with EVERYTHING! I literally waited over 10 minutes from order to leaving all for 2 drinks. Smh

Slow in service but otherwise great beverages

The people are nice and the coffee is better than Starbucks. I love how it's right off the highway. The only reason I didn't give them five stars is because everytime I come, they're beyond slow......... But, I love the place so I'll continue to come :)

Let us pour our own creamer. You poured so much creamer in my coffee was cold. This is getting ridiculous. Put the creamer back out there and self serve please.

I stopped by this location today on my way to work.....what I asked for was a 32oz frozen teddy bear without whipped cream......what I got was my drink with whipped cream and attitude. When the girl brought me my drink, I told her it was not supposed to have whipped cream, so she took it back, scooped it off, and came back with about 1/4 my drink missing. I've had the 32oz before without whip, so I know how full my mug should be. I also handed over my biggby card, pretty sure that this drink was my free one which is why I purposely got the 32oz, but I was charged for it anyway. I checked online after I drove away, and yes, I'm due a free drink. I'm not stopping by this location again.

Love Biggby Coffee so much and go there as many times as possible when in Michigan. Wish they had stores in Florida. SB has NO competition down there and its nasty

Nice place. Very friendly staff. Great service. They let me so for 2 hours and use the WiFi. Great staff can't say it enough times. I saw the manager give a man a free coffee after he realized he had left his wallet

This place is good product thus the generous 2 stars. They have a drive thru and all I ordered was an Iced coffee and a toasted bagel and it took more than 7 minutes. I work real close and get there with 10 minutes before work. SO SLOW!!!

Very satisfied with this Biggby Coffee Shop. I used to go to the one on M59 & Airport Road in Waterford but they overcharge and if you ask for extra flavoring or anything they want to overcharge you for that as well it's ridiculous!! Also there's a girl that works there named Cat and she is VERY VERY rude so I just simply won't go there anymore! I will definitely be going to this Biggby from now on! Very satisfied!

The staff was extremely nice, however there were a lot of fruit flies flying around which was a little unnerving since they serve food and drinks. I was meeting with a potential customer of mine and we had to swat away bugs every other minute.
