BIGGBY COFFEE

Only serve vegan plant base sausage, today was the first time anyone told me.
I have been there 3 times, and ordered 3 bragels. I've had to throw them all away because I thought they tasted like mold.
They charge 20 percent more then other bigby stores for coffee and drinks.
The service was OK, but the owners are the problem.
They need to have a large sign on door, I'm assuming it's Muslim owned.
I don't have a problem with that, but they own a franchise.
That's not how it's done.
Serve the menu, not your beliefs

waited in line at the drive-thru this morning for 45 minutes!after I got my coffee it wasnt even what I ordered!

We ordered a cookie butter sweet foam cold brew and we got a cookie butter whipped cream iced coffee! I have worked for BIGGBY before I actually worked at this store a couple of times and wow it looks like they still can’t keep people and also are not properly trained! They need to bring HR in there to train everyone properly! They should know which lid they need how to chop a drink and what is the difference between iced coffee and cold brew! If they don’t then someone needs to train them! And when I came back into the store to say hey this is whipped cream i asked for the sweet foam she just said well we ran out of sweet foam and was told to replace it with whipped cream and gave me an attitude about even asking and said what do you want me to do about it and when I said remake it just without the whipped cream, she just dumped the drink out used the same cup to get the ice and put new iced coffee and the cookie butter syrup and then then handed it to us for her to just remake the exactly same coffee drink we didn’t order and we payed for way more than just a iced coffee with flavor! Also kept making the mistake of saying iced coffe when I corrected her three times saying it’s cold brew!

I love this Biggby! They have great customer service, the girls that work there are always so nice & polite. They know exactly what my wife & I want when we go in there. I also love the calm quiet atmosphere & the fact that it is always super clean any time we go there! I highly recommend this Biggby to everyone. What's not to love? Always a happy staff and orders are always correct!

The staff were hard working, friendly, and showed me the better deals on the menu. Biggby taste better than Starbucks and is cheaper.

Coffee is awful almost as bad a s the service! Took 20 mins to get a coffee and it’s not even cheap .
Never again don’t try it ! Never never never!

Got a coffee at the location and was very good. They do not overload it with sugars and sweets. It still has a coffee flavor you can taste, under the sweets and flavors of whatever coffee you get. Some places at other chains tend to put way to much flavor and Suger masking the coffee flavor underneath but bigby tends to find a right amount of everything so can taste it all not just one thing.

There were 5 people behind the counter, 2 of them were on their phones including the cashier! After ordering and paying I waited aoprox 10 minutes before (with no one in front of me) someone finally acknowledged me and asked what I ordered. I finally got my drink after it being made wrong the first time and getting a dirty look because I asked if they could make it correctly! If there would have been a ticket to look at maybe it would have been done right the first time. Not to mention, the mess behind the counter was absolutely terrible! Worst customer service experience I've ever had at a Biggby!

Wonderful! They have vegan cheese and sausage :) the staff and owner are very pleasant to be around, very helpful and kind! Quality food and drinks. The lobby was very clean and the chairs were comfortable. We will be back
