Awesome staff and amazing products, but its a very popular place so sometimes it can be a little first come first serve with the food items as they do run out sometimes. The ladies here are incredible and totally take care of you you my only gripe is things can be a little pricy. If you like a quality coffee and food in your morning or whenever and dont mind paying for what you get this spot is amazing!!!!!

I have been here a few times and have never had a bad experience. Ashley works the front and has never been anything short of the most pleasant person I've ever encountered. She knows most of the customers names and orders & constantly has a smile on her face. I've only had 2 different drinks here and basic breakfast food so i don't have much to offer there but it's always good. If for anything I'd continue to go here just for Ashleys happy mood, hoping it would rub off on me 😄.

I have been going to In House Coffee in Worcester for years and always get great service and terrific tasting drinks and food. I love the iced green tea, spinach and feta pastries and apricot croissants. Owners and staff are wonderfully friendly and kind.

never had a bad experience. love their red velvet frappes and asiago bagel, they use real eggs for their breakfast sandwiches and it’s a great little local secret coffee shop.

Wife stopped in with our daughter while I was at the bank next door.

She was going to use the restroom then grab some food and a drink, they refused to let her use the bathroom first and demanded she have a receipt with a code.

Turning away a customer with a little girl who needs the bathroom, especially with the rude attitude she received isn’t right.

We come out this way weekly and can’t believe how rude they were to her. I won’t be coming back and neither will any of my family.

That’s how you lose a customer for life.

Surprised to find they start mopping around you where you sit because sometimes they close early if it's slow. Seems like they definitely want customers to feel like they should leave well over an hour before closing time. The poor employee said her manager told her to start cleaning up.

My first time here. I'm not giving them a 5 star. I'm giving the a 100 star review. Ashley is a wonderful person. Her crew does an amazing job. The coffee blends are great. I got half house and half dark with chocolate Cannoli. I am VERY picky about coffee. The flavor is amazing. The only thing I wished they offered was wider variety of single origan coffees. Yes. You pay more for the pound but the flavor is great.

Also. The variety of things to go with your coffee is amazing.

Job well done Ashley. Keep up the GREAT work. I will be coming back. You might want to try the Tanzanian Peaberry. A very fruity, earthy flavor with a delicate chocolatey note. The Brondi A Nogazi would be right up your alley. This coffee is VERY hard to find. It has a great chocolaty flavor, followed by a punjiont pomegranate after taste. Finished by a citrusy-chocolate note. Pair this with your house our dark blend. You will be drinking the champagne of coffees. Absolutley wonderful expirience

I watch the owner and one of the workers yell at a young girl today about using the bathroom. They asked her to leave on the basis that she used the bathroom. After going to in house on a daily basis, I am aware that she was a daily customer multiple times a day and used it as a place to relax with friends and also study in groups. The owner was very obnoxious to her and very rude. Then the worker spoke to another costumer and was degrading the young lady. I would not recommend someone to purchase from this owner with this type of behavior. I see no issue which arose but if there was to be an issue with a customer, the owner should have spoken softly with the customer and not yell and degrade a person. Also yelling at the young lady that her business is not needed was very disrespectful. Telling your customers they are not needed is disgraceful and degrading.

GREAT PLACE! Friendly staff and lots of choices. Only draw back...I wish it opened earlier...especially for school staff going back...we need our coffee/shakes etc. but have to be to school earlier than you're open. It's a coffee (morning) place. Is there really anyone there at 10 at night?
