Stopped in this new spot for a latte and also bought a bag of coffee beans. The store is really cute, staff was friendly they are on the pricier side. The best cafe ever. Staff was so polite the entire time, and helped me decide what to get. This coffee is quality. Very rich and very good with in-house sauces. I’ll be coming by a lot more often!

I was disappointed by the rude and petty behavior of the owners. From the moment I walked in, they seemed annoyed by my presence and were unhelpful when I asked about the menu. When I finally placed my order, I found the food to be subpar and overpriced.

To make matters worse, I witnessed them treating other customers in a dismissive and unpleasant manner. It was clear that they had no interest in providing a positive experience for their patrons.

Overall, I would strongly recommend avoiding this cafe at all costs. The poor quality of the food and the rude and petty behavior of the owners make for a truly unpleasant experience.

I was so optimistic about this place based on so many good reviews but was very disappointed by the quality of service. asked a question about someting on the menu and they just shrugged. The person working up front had an attitude and messed up my order. When I politely asked for the correction, they rolled their eyes and acted like I was asking for too much. Normally I would not think much of these things as I know working in retail can be long and tough sometimes. But their behavior made me and my friend feel like we were intruding. Also, the acai bowls were mid at best. Def not worth the prices.

Finally! Worcester needed Infused Cafè. The best matcha this city has to offer - they use ceremonial authentic Japanese matcha, which you can't find because many cafes/bakeries use the cheap and high sugar fake matcha instead. PLEASE try their iced latte with white chocolate raspberry sauce because it is DIVINE and I find myself craving it every single day. It's beyond addicting! Infused is the perfect place to come catch up with your girlfriends, or take your laptop and work from a new spot. Highly, highly recommend this beautiful cafè - as I currently sit here enjoying my matcha :)

Their instagram kept popping up on my feed and they looked super aesthetic so I wanted to check it out. The store is really cute, staff was friendly they are on the pricier side but definitely worth it in my opinion. Their sauces are house made which in Worcester is pretty cool to see something different from the other cafes. The raspberry mocha latte was 10/10

Finally another healthy alternative spot in Worcester! I used to go to Nu Kitchen but i had read an article of the two young owners and had to check it out. AMAZING acai bowls- they really fill it to the top so i can say im getting my moneys worth! Staff is also super nice and helpful with recommendations. Definitely should check it out if your near the area, my new go to spot for sure!

Great new cafe! Delicious drinks and bites to eat (toasts, pastries, smoothies, açaí bowls)The matcha latte was superb and made with high quality tea; the color and flavor was exactly what you want in a great matcha. They have alternative milks as well. My new go-to for matcha for sure. Step free entry, wide walkways easy to wheel through with manual wheelchair, the ordering counter is low for access, and there are both normal table height and bar stool heigh seating. Pup friendly, great staff and atmosphere, hospitable and delightful. I was glad to see abundant hours that they’re open, how clean and easy to access the space is. A must-visit.
