If you want to have a "perfect day" you've gotta hit up inhouse. Always welcomed with chipper girls, lots of smiles and someone quiet regulars. The ambiance is lacking, but coffee and creative drinks make up for it.

I drove up from Tampa to buy their coffee by the LB. I would love to order it online and have it shipped to my home.
Or maybe a “coffee box” shipped. $20 a month and we get a surprise flavor LB of coffee and other swag sent to your door. I’d totally subscribe to that! Let’s brainstorm this! Lol

The employees were so kind I had trouble choosing a drink but one person helped me, I enjoyed the drink. The place is clean and I had a good experience.

Came here for a job and I had training for one hour (never got paid for it) the first thing she said to me when I got there is that she didnt look over my application. She didnt even know my name. She asked if I have worked in a coffee shop before and I told her I worked at starbucks in Quincy Market (a very popular tourist attraction in the city of Boston, for food anyways.) And she said that didnt mean anything to her. Um ok rude. But whatever.
As she was training me I watched her get 3 orders wrong. They are too concerned about getting the customer in and out of the door so they can make money. They dont take time to talk with the customers and listen to what they want. Orders are rushed and not right.
Also. They microwave raw eggs to put on sandwiches which really grossed me out and DONT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE NUT ALLERGIES. I watched my trainer use peanut butter in a blender for a frozen drink and for a next drink she just rinsed it out with water and started making another persons drink. There was still chocolate and peanut butter on the blender. Ew!
I was told that I would be given a call back to reschedule my next training day and she gave me a W4 and sent me on my way. I offered to fill it out them and their and leave it with her but she told me to bring it next time I came in.. it has been 3 weeks and I have not heard a word from them..
From my experience there for that 1 hour behind the scenes I would have to say the the customer service needs work. You can be fake, talkative, and smiling all you want but if you are not listening to the customers wants/needs you are not doing your job very well.
Also, the cleanliness of the blenders and utensils is a huge concern for those that have food allergies.
And I would not recommend trying to get a job here since they act like they are doing you a favor by hiring you.

I can't review their products because I couldn't get waited on. Two staff behind the counter and they were only interested in the two regulars standing beside me. How long do you have to wait to be acknowledged, never mind waited on? I walked out. Besides, turn the music down. Loud, much?

Thought I'd give a call and check for the price of a regular cup of coffee. They wouldn't tell me at first and were pretty rude about it. Not sure why, I was polite and had a good tone. Was looking for a good place to hang out and work on the computer through the week. Not sure if I'd want to go after that though.

I went to DCU Bank but they were closed. So i decided to sit there cause it was cold out. I see they have a few customers coming in. Since i have already bought from Dunkins. I decided that next time i should buy from them to try them out. But 2 people in less than 2 minutes came to tell me to leave while i was on an important phone call & already packing my agenda to go after the first person let me know. They didn't even bother to wait til i got off the phone at least. Some of their customers were shaking their heads because that was unprofessional. Mind you the girls behind the counter were laughing. I changed my mind i wouldn't come here to try ANYTHING.

Lovely ladies that work here. Owner tries hard to help employees and mingle with customers. She always remembers your face. Coffe/muffins/cupcakes/treats are delicious

Great and friendly staff but the coffee quality is very regular which reflects in the relatively low price. I did get very upset when I asked for a cup of water and they mentioned that they sell water bottles but they cannot actually give out cups of water (maybe because they want you to pay for water?) If so, this is ridiculous.
