InHouse Coffee

Really cute shop, can’t believe I have not came in sooner. Staff were quick and friendly to everyone. I had 3 people offer me help making sure I was taken care of. Woman asked questions about how I wanted my sandwich, nobody has ever taken time to do that! Great menu, easy to read. Also, first place I’ve had a place just do an egg white sandwich! Will be back!

Pretty disappointing as a cafe, you really get the impression that they don't want people to be there. They don't serve tap water, they give you a 1 hour limit on WiFi, and you need a passcode to use the bathroom. These measures might be understandable if the location had to deal with huge crowds, but that does not seem to be the case.

As for the coffee, it was disappointingly bitter; definitely a few steps above Folger's, but you'd probably be better served by going to Dunkin down the street. The pastries were alright, though.

Overall though, this place isn't dedicated to high-quality coffee, and *is* dedicated to ensuring they don't provide a pleasant cafe environment.

The smoothies are made of real fruit, and the paninis are really good. Definitely exceeded my expectations.

i never write reviews but this place has been consistently good and i get wonderful customer service from the employees as well. they are fast, have great fresh smoothies, and amazing pastries. my boyfriend and i love the corn muffins!

Nice and friendly staff! But shabby furniture and not many cakes in menu.

I have traveled the country during 2020 and 2021 (great time to....). I visited some amazing coffee shops. Some try too hard some just don't give off a good vibe.

InHouse coffee can swing with the best of them. I will easily drive 15+ minutes to come to Inhouse to get a good drink and unwind. The prices are great too (comparing to similar types of places)

All the staff are great there , the place is fantastic. Really you won’t regret :)

What can be better than a nice coffee in a real mug in a coffee place?! Good coffee, very friendly people

Being new to Worcester and surrounding cities, they are a great introduction to the area and very welcoming. I had and continute to have top notch customer service here. I like the unique slight industrial theme that also makes you feel at home at the same time. They play 90's music that brings back and creates great memories.Their fresh bakery products are on point as well as very good coffee. I am looking forward to returning.
