It was wonderful coffee and the pies! I really enjoyed trying it! It was Anna's suggestion. It couldn't be better, everything was delicious!

They have pistachio milk! And pink tops to their cups! I came by every day I was in Salem to try something new. Great vibe, lovely service. Actually saw strangers talking at length to each other here yesterday, that's how welcoming it is.

The coffee is pretty decent, and I like the ambience. I enjoyed their pastries as well, although they're definitely on the pricey side. So why the 1 star? About a week ago, management decided they'd try inflating their rating by posting a ton of fake 5-star reviews. Nor did they do a good job trying to hide it...not only do they all use the same phrasing, they all come from accounts whose only activity was to review this one coffeeshop. Pretty cringey move.

Got take out. Avocado was black and hard , eggs were hard boiled on a breakfast sandwich, and the bagel was stale.

Amazing place to grab a coffee and a homemade bagel sandwich (and maybe one of their homemade donuts or other fancy treats). It’s also such a cool asthetic in there with plants you can take home! Also, it’s right in my hometown …. I love how Jaho has expanded in Salem! The shop has given such a great addition to Canal Street.

Experience was too informal. Not enough care goes into their product when said product is $11 per person minimum for coffee and cakes. Snack cakes are silly and overpriced. House blend had no taste notes. Location is very clean and a decent place to do work.

The best way to start my day! Coffee is delicious and they have the most incredible muffins, bagels and banana. Sam provides awesome customer service always with a wonderful smile!!! Thank you so much!!

Nice and welcoming place, really good coffee the service then it was very fast and the waitress Jonida was really nice, great place!

Honeydew boba tea was exceptionally good! I’d never had it blended like that before but loved it! Atmosphere was very pleasant, space was clean and friendly

The pastries were simply so tasty. I advice to try the custard pastry, it’s delicious. Everything is homemade and so fresh. Also, a great thank you to Jonida for her help. She is such a nice cashier.
