I was totally disappointed, I asked for a supposedly fresh piece of cake and the only thing I received was a piece of cake that with a simple look you knew it had been on its display for days, buying there is a waste of money.

This company charges a 10% "wellness fee" without displaying it anywhere which is a horrendous, unethical, shady business practice. I also verified that a full (Zero Percent) 0% of this new "wellness fee" is applied to the employees. How do i know? I asked an employee how much of the additional 10% wellness fee they received and they said zero. Maybe it goes to sanitation and masks? Nope. This place also has DOZENS of fake 5 star reviews from overseas ranging from "Fabulous," "God is great," "Distinguished," "Prominent," to "Good style." Shady place, doing shady business, go patronize a business owner with ethics. Really makes me wonder what other corners they are cutting as far as sanitation goes, and what else they are lying about. Don't believe me? Sort reviews by "newest first" and check out all of the dozens of fake 1-2 word, 5 star reviews written in Arabic. All of the REAL reviews are 1-3 stars. Be weary if you go here, and get ready to get ripped off if you do!

Coffee was good. Staff was friendly. But when the drink was ordered on the kiosk with payment but never delivered bc the staff couldn’t find it. They were not quick to help, offer a solution, and we were never refunded though money came out of the account.

Kiosks are convenient but not when they take payment without product.

If I wanted another drink, I had to purchase another one. Very disappointed.

While the food and drinks are very good, I have to give it one star. The prices of the drinks are out of control. How can Pumpkin Chai Latte be almost $10, a small pastry $6? We are from the DC area and not even in the middle of the city and the most expensive coffee shops; prices are this high. Sorry to say, but it seems that they are taking advantage of the tourist coming to visit. We also visited other local coffee shops, and their prices were almost 40% less; why is so much difference? This will likely be the last time I visit one of your locations.

Successfully placed an order at the kiosk confusing of a breakfast sandwich and drink. The drink came out fairly quick (within 10 minutes) so I just wait for the sandwich. After about 15 minutes I decided to try and get one of the baristas attention to check on the order, but they're busy and do not make any eye contact with me or pretty much anyone. I hate to interrupt when I know they're working hard to keep everything running, but after a while of waiting and barista after barista are just walking by without checking in a customers still waiting for something is pretty basic in my opinion. I attempt to interrupt a woman behind the counter and at the same time she's handing me a drink and I tell her that she already gave me my drink and I'm waiting for a sandwich. She asks for my name and she looks down at a counter behind the front counter and hands me a bag containing my sandwich and walks away. It was sitting there this whole time and was cold. Yes, mistakes happen, but acting like you care can go a long way. No I'm sorry...not even eye contact. She walked away before I could say thank you. Customer service is less than desirable but the food was good even though it's over priced.

My husband and I came here 4 out of 5 days we were in Salem. The cider is amazing hot or cold. The iced lattes are great too! Best coffee shop in Salem.

We popped in for coffee and tea. I wish we had more time to come back because from the looks of their selections of drinks and pastries, they have so much to offer.

Good coffee and indoor/outdoor seating. Free wifi.

Two coffees and two donuts for $33 plus tip, only to get them home and find one coffee and one donut were not what I ordered. It’s good, but at these prices orders need to be right, so this is a big problem. I went to the new location on Canal St in Salem. Suggest verifying your items before leaving.

We tried the Japanese soft serve, it was denser than traditional American soft serve and had a very nice flavor, especially the chocolate. We also tried a hot chai latte and an iced seasonal berry latte. Both drinks were delicious and prices were reasonable.
