Cannot believe I paid 4.50 for a glazed donut! The woman behind the counter was so rude and made me feel uncomfortable. The man who was making the coffee was really nice though and my latte WAS really good however small and pricey it may have been...

This is an awesome place for teas and coffee!! A definite must stop when in Salem. We tried other coffee houses and this is hands down the best spot!!! Clean, friendly staff, and absolutely delicious coffee and tea. The sweets look so appetizing. I highly recommend this spot!

Grabbed a few hot chocolates at Jaho. Salem today- the original spot, not the new one on Canal St. My kids commented how much its changed since I first brought them into Jaho some 11 years ago. Back before they served alcohol or gelato or food. The hot chocolate doesn't have the same chocolatey flavor and there's not as much frothy cream on the lid. It's not make with the same care and attention as it once was. Still good, but changed.

Ya know, I try to give the benefit of the doubt, but I ordered my food hours in advance. When I got there, at least 10 minutes after it was supposed to be picked up, my food wasn't ready. All I got was a soup and an English muffin. To top it off my English muffin wasn't even toasted? I usually come here (Derby st location) for food for my lunch break and am a returning customer. Take it from a local, service has really gone downhill.
update: got the lemon chicken rice soup and it tastes very bland. I'll definitely be taking my business to Wolf Next Door, which is just a little further down the street, from now on.
I was refunded and given a coupon so I changed the rating, but wanted to keep the review up as it's important to note.

Fairly pricy but the boozy Boba tea was great

Cool spot for coffee and pastry. Most coffee varieties I've seen on the north shore.

Friendly Staff, comprehensive menu. Unfortunately not many dairy free+gluten free foods. Very expensive, and the rice pudding I had was the lamest I have ever had ever anywhere.

Easy ordering from the tablets, very quick service. Love the creative drinks, I had the oatmeal raisin cookie latte. It was delicious!

They started out as as funky coffee shop with delish pastries, then they added soft serve. Now they have a full bar. Check it out! Comfortable indoor seating or outdoor tables.

Great place, really good coffee and there was plenty of choices but the best thing was how good and friendly the staff was to me, Ty Jonida!!
I sincerely recommend
