Good, fresh food at a reasonable price. Plenty of choices for breakfast, lunch or a light dinner. Eat outside or in.
Fast service. Great for a quick meal before a movie or golf.

Wide variety of good tasting food. They give us lots of pickles. Fresh and organic. Huge salads. All in all very good.

I went there for my first time about 2 weeks ago. It was warm and welcoming which I immediately enjoyed. I ordered the special; The Stawberry Winter Salad, and it was absolutely delicious! It comes with Mesculin, Strawberries, red onion, goat cheese, spiced pecans, & Balsamic Dressing. Not only has it made my mouth water since first buying that over 2 weeks ago, but it's all I've been able to think about and I need to go back to The Marketplace and eat this again. I paired my salad with Chai Cider it was out of this world! They do a great job of keeping you coming back for more. Great quality food, even better atmosphere.

Everything here from the service to the food is out of this world! They make pretty much everything from scratch (they even make their own deli meat) and put time and care into each order! I would recommend anything and everything from there and dont skip dessert (dont sleep on the dream bar it is addictively good)!

What a joke, $110 order including two “Gus” both no bacon smashed disgusting tiny sandwiches. Too busy for their own good to provide a good product. Cant call into their one phone line to save my life. Wont be using them again

Great chai latte and chicken noodle soup

The Marketplace is always a solid solution for a healthy, fast meal. They make great drinks, especially ice teas and seasonal chais. During lunch rush hour sometimes the sandwiches can be a bit sloppy, but otherwise I really enjoy eating here. They make one of the best veggie burgers around!

Lo ed the food. We got a quinoa salad and Mexico sandwich and both were great. Espresso was not bad either. Given the area you can't do better that this for healthy satisfying menu options.

Excellent vegetarian food, "Hale the Kale Salad" very flavorful with wasabi peas. And the Zoe Burger was fantastic. I'm a meat eater and wife is a vegetarian. If your looking for a different and enjoyable experience then this a a place to go.

The food and staff here are great. Everyone's friendly and it's about the best cafe style lunch option in Pittsfield.

I just want to be able to tip these workers and there's no way to do that if I'm paying with a debit or credit card. It's 2016.., people use plastic, and these poor workers are missing out on hundreds of dollars in tips each week and I'm sure thousands annually. I don't know if their wages are adjusted based on the assumption they'll be tipped but I do know I cannot and I see about 75% of the lunch rush paying in plastic.

It's agitating for me to think about how much money the staff is losing because management won't invest in them and it impacts my enjoyment of what should be an excellent lunch. All I can think about while eating my BLT or Quiche or salad is how much $$$ these charming and hard working staffers are losing during the lunch rush because someone won't update their point of sale system to save a few hundred bucks in the moment. Just buy an iPad and get Square card reader. These staff deserve to be treated better.

Speaking of management cutting corners, I'm annoyed by the switch to almonds in the chicken curry wrap instead of the more expensive cashews. Almonds have no business in a curry and they never have and cutting corners on staff and ingredients has no business in an lunch spot that's trying to be upscale.

UPDATED 7/1/17: rating increases from 3 to 5 stars. FINALLY ownership updates their point of sales system and I can tip these awesome employees. It's about time they get paid what they're worth.
