Very cute & trendy spot. Love the “bun-less” options. Wish they had the option to wrap sandwiches in lettuce. Sometimes even though we are going bun-less doesn’t mean we don’t want a sandwich — just a thought :)

I always know who makes my order. Although the quality is good the portion size is never the same. Some days the portions are smaller especially with salads. If they run out of an ingredient they don’t call to ask if you want a sub. It’s disappointing sometimes to order an avocado chicken salad to not have any avocado.

Always good food, fair prices, good selection, my only complaint is that they are only open till 6 p.m.

This place is just amazing. The quality is outstanding and the customer service is top notch. Fresh, delicious ingredients coupled with a fun menu make this a place you will want to visit time and time again. Personal favorite: Chicken Curry Salad as breadless wonder. Spectacular!!!

One of the city’s best options for coffee and food

This was our first time visiting this restaurant and we enjoyed ourselves. It is walk up service but it's quick and easy. The food is unique and well made. Gourmet sandwiches and salads make up the menu and ours were delicious. There is table seating inside and outside, no table service however. They do have restrooms. Parking is a little difficult as it is on the main street of Pittsfield. But with a little walk it is not impossible and this destination is worth it.

Avocado melt was subpar. It tasted like low quality Panera, I don’t like Panera. Chips also were off. Sandwich and chips $13. Panini came out cold. I had high expectations, I was disappointed. Bus boy was very nice though.

Busboy was money! BLT’s aioli was average at best sadly. Sandwiches ingredients looked poor and tasted poor. Price does not match product. Disappointed with my experience. Wouldn’t recommend this place even if I was starving.

Sandwich was a good portion, meaning not to large or over stuffed, and very tasty. One way traffic inside to order and outdoor seating made it a very safe and comfortable destination for lunch. Staff was very friendly!

Some of the best and healthiest sandwiches you can buy in the Berkshires!
