Hole In One Breakfast & Lunch

Visited here two days in a row for breakfast on a weekend and loved every bite! First off this place gets packed if you do not get there before 7am so make sure to make it a point to get there before the line starts forming outside. You can visit here for the homemade hand cut donuts and fresh coffee, or you can sit down and eat one of their creative concoctions from delicious potato pancakes to all sorts of eggs Benedict and omelettes and egg dishes. The staff is quick and friendly and the place has two level seating and is kid friendly. Prices are decent and it is worth the visit!

2 years ago we went there multiple times and loved it. Last year was good also but because of covid we had to eat outside. This year took 5 family members 2 got there lunches 3 others waited 40 min till I went up and asked where the food was. Then had to wait an additional 10 min for home fries they forgot to give us. Service was horrible, food was just ok.

AMAZING Eggs Benedicts!!! We split the Nanny's & the Fairway and everything was spot on...best potato pancakes we've ever had! COVID conscious & great service too - Sara was excellent. Worth every bit of the hour wait!

To begin with, the two stars are for your bagels and croissants, nothing else. Twice now we have gone to your establishment, knowing it's summertime and will be busy. The first time we ordered sandwiches and a muffin from the counter. The young woman was rude and when my husband tasted the muffin, even though we asked twice, it was the wrong one. Today he wanted to give it another try.....mistake. The young blond woman behind the counter was also rude, took numerous times to get our order, and I finally had to ask another server for our order which sat up at the window for 10 minutes. My bagel, egg, cheese and bacon sandwich had ONE, yes ONE, piece of bacon. They cost what, $7? Ridiculous.....I hope your servers at tables are more pleasant, because the food is pretty good (except for the bacon portion on the sandwich). Everyone does good business in the summer because of the number of people around, I know this because I work in a breakfast place, and if I was noticed to behave like your counter staff or if a to go order sat getting cold there would be repercussions. One person should manage your to go window so food doesn't get cold, and staff should be trained to be more personable.

No table service, but lots of delicious breakfast items, pastries and coffees! Would definitely recommend!

Great old fashioned donuts, quite a variety! They are big and delicious. Coffee is great too. They are very busy but the line moves quickly. Their breakfasts and lunches are great as well if you decide to stay there and eat.

Best part of living on Cape, is this place! Coffee, donuts, pastries, food all delicious! Service is always top notch! Who cares about a wait?, good things come to those who wait.

This place is larger than it look. There is a nice little sun room upstairs. The service is friendly and accommodating. A nice selection of breakfast and lunch foods. Soy milk is available and some of the menu options can be made vegan, but a bigger selection would have been nice. Overall it is highly recommended.

The staff here is wonderful!! So is the breakfast!! Donuts and muffins are great as well. You can't miss with this place. It is a must for a quick morning snack or a leisure breakfast or take it to go. Potato pancakes are a must try.

The bagels are great and the donuts are stellar. I didn't expect much as they are a chain (albeit a small one) but I was very impressed. Their everything bagel is now an almost daily breakfast tradition when I'm in town. Their donuts are "old-fashioned" so don't expect light fluffy donuts like Dunkin'. These will stick to your ribs in the best possible way.
