Hole In One Breakfast & Lunch

OMG, DELICIOUS, I'M SO FULL, were just a few of the words you could hear coming from every table. Great atmosphere, menu, service, food and people. Will be back everytime we visit as this place is the best breakfast spot on the island

Absolutely one of the best breakfasts on Cape Cod.
Service is always great and the food is top notch. Can't say enough about this place.
Always really busy, so try and have some patience getting seated. It's definitely worth the wait. If you love hash with your breakfast, you'll definitely be happy.

Food was fine, but they lost my order and I ended up waiting for 50 minutes for eggs benny on my vacation day that I just wanted to get to the beach. So a 20 minute planned visit turned into an hour.

Mediocre food. Omelette was tasteless, and the home fries were frozen (not fresh). Toast was decent, but over-buttered and very thick. But they did have water! Not my fav bkfst joint on the Cape.

Nice staff, smooth order process. I ordered a omelet with home fries and an English muffin, my wife ordered a breakfast sandwich. We also ordered iced coffee. I thought the coffee was tasty, but my wife was not impressed. She liked her breakfast sandwich, but wasn't in love with it. My omelet was a bit runny and didn't have much flavor other than the fillings which were not really warm. Seems like everything was just thrown together quickly without much thought to quality. We also ordered a few donuts and I tried a piece of a cinnamon donut and it was really good. Overall, I think this place is good for some simple coffee and donuts, but the hot food is nothing to write home about, just "ok".

The food was tasty and I’ll always go back and order again. Only issue I had was that they tried to tell me that I ordered a bottled Pepsi and not a fountain Pepsi. They looked closer at the slip they have for each order to check off what’s in the order and they realized that I was right.

It is an average place with not so special food that tastes average as well. My hazelnut cappucino was average, eggs benedict was ok, buffalo chicken was extremely tangy and it became inedible. Took apple fritter - extremely average and not worth it. Overall pretty average place! Wont go again.

Highly recommend this place! Clean, very friendly, delicious food! Our breakfast was absolutely delicious! The gluten free blueberry muffin and scone was the best I ever had! The service was grrreat!! Wish I was staying in the area longer to eat my next meal here! 😊 Thanks for everything!

Best chocolate glazed donuts. Solid breakfast food, recommend the eggs mulligan. I eat here every time I am home, at least once.

Got here early [recommended] and enjoyed a nice home cooked breakfast! COFFEE was a must and they have tons of great options. Homemade donuts were popular, but we didn't get any. Service was very friendly which is always a plus!
