Muffin House Cafe

This is a great little place. Blueberry muffins are fantastic. I'm a big fan of the Chocolate chip cookie whoopie pies. Lines can be long in the morning and weekends, especially if ordering breakfast sandwiches. So as long as you're not planning on running in and out when there's a line, you'll be fine.

This place has the best cupcakes ever! I've only ever gotten ones with chocolate frosting so far, and it is the fudge-iest most delicious tasting frosting ever. The actual cake is also moist and very tasty, which I enjoy as someone who often enjoys the actual cake more than the frosting - still, the frosting is almost the main show here because its so good. I've had both the coffee cake and the chocolate chip muffin, both of which are wonderful. The mocha latte I've had each time has been amazing. If you like a LOT of cheese on your grilled cheese, this is the spot for you. They have delicious breakfast sandwiches, and as a pescatarian I found it nice that they have a lot of vegetarian options! I will be back again, and hopefully with yet another chocolate frosted cupcake in hand when I leave!

The egg sandwiches are so dang good! My personal fave is spinach, egg & cheese on an everything bagel. 👍🏼 Highly recommend! The variety in the cafe is sure to have something for everyone.

What a great little place! Breakfast, lunch, muffins, pastries and more; I got the Cajun chicken wrap and man, was that a great choice! The chicken is fresh, delicious, and I will definitely be recommending it to my friends! Can't wait to return and try something else.

Attentive management, plus. The apple muffin was delicious; fresh and soft. The service is friendly and speedy given a very business Saturday lunch rush. The chicken pesto panini was very disappointing. Fresh basil was used as a garnish, but the pesto sauce had a poor taste. I expected more from a $9 cafe sandwich.

Wonderful place. The service there is great all the girls that wait on you are very friendly an fast so you don't wait long. An the food there an there pastries an muffins are to die for. If your looking for some really yummy pastries they have it there. Makes your mouth water. If you get a chance make sure you stop in you wont regret it.

Love this place, great muffins and sandwiches for a quick bite in the morning. The cakes are good also.

The logistics of this place is all wrong. The ordering and checkout system is complete chaos and it stresses me out every time I have ever gone. I tried to avoid it this time by ordering ahead but the website is also a logistical nightmare and even though I selected online ordering from the mendon page, it apparently kicks you to the Medway location ordering first and you have to reselect location a second time. I missed this and ordered from the wrong location and didn’t realize until I went to pick up. After all this I didn’t have time to drive to the other location or wait in their ridiculous line system so I tried calling Medway to at least cancel my order and get my money back but after 2 calls and no answer I just gave up. Great food but terrible organization. What kind of a company says in their phone system “if no one picks up, just keep trying”. I have worked in the restaurant business and picking up the phone is always a stressed priority. They could do better.
