Got a cranberry Orange muffin and a double chocolate muffin. Tried an eclair for the first time here. The double chocolate muffin was delicious, but the cranberry Orange tasted different from how I had it last time, there wasn’t as much of an Orange infusion so it missed the mark for me. The Eclair was fine, great baked exterior with a creamy inside. Muffins were moist and nicely baked with sugar on top.

Made a quick stop here for some Blueberry Muffins. Outstanding product very glad this place is not more convenient or I would be as big as a house! Will absolutely revisit to try some of the other items I saw.

I went to the Muffin House in Medway on St. Patrick's Day to buy a cake. They did not have the size and flavor I was looking for and I was ready to leave when the owner, Sheldon, who was sitting at a table near me with some of his staff, overheard the conversation and turned to me and said, "we can make you a cake if you have about 10 minutes". To make a long story short, about 10 minutes later, the girl who makes the cakes brought me the most perfectly decorated cake (pictured). This has to be the best customer service I have ever received and on top of looking great, it was one of the most delicious cakes ever and got rave reviews from the family. Thank you so much!!!

On May 14th, I walked into the cafe around 9 am with high hopes of getting a satisfying cup of coffee and some toast. But unfortunately, my experience was nothing short of a nightmare.
After placing my order, I received a buzzer to alert me when my food was ready. However, after waiting for 11 minutes, the buzzer went off, and I went to the register to find out that my toast wasn't ready yet, despite being assured by another cashier that it was. I was left waiting for another 15 minutes, with no updates or explanation.
When I went to check on my order again, I was told that it still wasn't ready. I was already frustrated at this point, and my dissatisfaction only grew when the cashier informed me that there were many people ahead of me in line, despite me arriving before most of them.
The worst part of my experience was finding an entire nylon-metal cable wire inside my "toast" when I opened the box. It was not only disgusting but also potentially hazardous. I was left feeling extremely disappointed and upset with the poor quality of service and food.I threw everything away and left the cafe feeling completely let down.
If I had more time and patience, I would have returned to the cafe and asked for a refund. However, the frustration and disappointment I experienced left me with no desire to spend any more time in that establishment. The poor quality of service and food was unacceptable, and I do not plan on returning to that cafe in the future.
Maybe they are fine with Muffins.

We drive pretty far out of the way to go to the MH. We have been to both the Mendon and Medway locations. I must say, Medway is the place to go. Mendon seems to run out of a lot of their items, and once they are out of stock, they not usually restocked. Medway seems to be the opposite. The staff continuously fill their display cases. Both locations are extremely busy. The Muffins are the best I've every had. Pricey, but worth it. Sandwiches take way too long to make, I would not order them again unless you have a good amount of free time to wait around.

Horrible first experience at the Medway Muffin House. Monday morning, there was a little bit of a line. I wait patiently for my turn, two more ladies get in line after me then two men. The woman before me wasn’t happy with her coffee so her order took more time than your average order. The employee working the grill turns around, identifies the two guys and confirms and makes their order. Meanwhile me and the other two ladies were still waiting on the remake coffee in front of me were wondering if we were invisible. When one of the guys came forward to pay, it appears he was a cop in civilian clothes. Really? He pays and goes…I would think I would be next…nope. She turns back to her grill as we continue to wait for the remake coffee. I’ve had a much better experience at the Mendon location.

Great and amazing pastries, cakes, and coffee. Everything we have tried were tasty, fresh, and priced right. Service was great and staff were so friendly and helpful. Going back soon to try the sandwiches.

I would love to give this Medway location 5 stars IF they were consistent. I've ordered mostly breakfast sandwiches, coffee, and a wrap here and there. Half the time it's 10/10, but unfortunately the other half is not. I've received burnt food twice now. If something gets burnt, simply remake it. I'd rather wait 5 minutes for them to remake. They also don't make items how they're presented online. If I pay extra for the avocado toast with feta and such why is it I always receive a plain one? The description lists topping and I never receive them unless I write out everything. When done right their breakfast sandwiches are my favorite.

Muffin House is pretty much a weekend tradition in our house for coffee, muffins and sandwiches. The staff are all very hardworking and welcoming.
