I was pressed for time and ordered two bagel sandwiches 35 minutes before arriving and then waited for 6 minutes in line. There is no sign on the right side of the counter that says pick up, which could be useful when people order over the phone and come to pick up the order they already paid for. They also then after I waited in line and got to the desk told me that it would be up shortly after I already ordered now 41 minutes ago. The girl at the counter didn’t even say sorry or apologize and I found that to be very inconsiderate and bad customer service. I’ve been a customer here for a while, as well as went here on my first date. It was a special place to me and now I don’t think I’ll be back again.

First time there it was ok. My omelette was good not great, home fries not seasoned and undercooked. Highchair were in like other room, you can tell not a family oriented place, and they were dirty,I had to clean the seat and tray. My boyfriend's Swiss and mushroom burger small and the homemade French fries were little undercooked and greasy. Others people plates looked good and the pictures in Google looked good, but I was not at all impressed. I had to clean my menu too. Not going back I spent on breakfast/lunch what I usually spend on dinner and wasn't worth it. Disappointing because I always try to eat in local small businesses rather than big chain.

Really slow service food was all burnt. They managed to burn the out side of the home fries and undercook them all at the same time. However, the one redeemable thing was the coffee it was great, and the little girl behind the counter was nice.

This is a sweet, little gem in Holyoke, MA! The food is well proportioned and very tasty. Large salads and sandwiches make for a lighter, yet filling fare. Desserts were to die for!!!
Each dish is prepared for your liking.
I will definitely be back soon :)

Great food and great atmosphere if you dine in

We had the steak egg and cheese bagel with coffee and it was excellent. There is no table service. You have to order it and pay for it at the counter. Friendly people.

Usually love this place it's character, the food, the coffee was good. The pandemic has thrown off their game. 45 minute wait for food that was not good. Thankfully my past good experiences will bring me back.

Great sandwiches with creative names; I recommend the Zach or the bacon cheddar 🍔. Chips made fresh on site; only place in Holyoke that does this I think. I am never rushed to leave can read the newspaper for as long as I want to; and am never bothered. Great coffee! The breakfast bowl is a must!! Oh yeah you have got to try the Cobb salad with chicken. Ask Drew to " hook you up", you will not be disappointed.

I lived in this neighborhood for a few years and this was my go-to spot to study or grab a quick bite. Their muffins are amazing and I loved when the breakfast quesadilla was on special--delicious. I live a ways away now but one of the baristas still remembers me and my husband when we come in from time to time. As I write this review I'm enjoying an iced coffee. They always play great music, too!
