06/13/20. This cafe is usually great when I go there like twice a month. The food is usually amazing and service is friendly and accurate.
I went in today, ordered my coffee and food and decided to try out the home fries with my breakfast sandwich. NEVER again will I buy those or will be going back for awhile as I wasted money. The Home fries were so burnt they looked like someone tried to set some rocks on fire and smelt like a smothered campfire. Gave my Bacon egg and cheese sandwich a try and it was beyond over cooked the eggs were talking to me they were so flabby. I’m actually really dissatisfied that I forced myself to eat this meal today... ): BUT I do love the coffee and it’s always delicious.

Just my experience here. Well i ordered some food and it was put together super messy and cold ingredients. I ordered a omelette and the only thing warm was the egg itself. The bacon was cold the spinach was raw and also had raw cold onions.. the home fries are one potatoe cut in 4s like cmon guys.. at that point dont serve potatoes for breakfast if you cant produce home fries.. was very disappointed

The food here is delicious! The portions are huge. We were traveling so taking leftovers home was not an option. You order at the counter and food is brought over to you. Very clean and bright.

Very fun and friendly atmosphere. The food was delicious and the staff was very polite. We ordered sandwiches and Italian sodas all of which were fresh and hit the spot!!

One very rude order taker. Had breakfast and home fries were burnt, not like a crispy burnt, just black. Friends meal was not as she ordered, eggs were overcooked, and again home fries were either cold, hard or burnt. Not the greatest visit today. They did appear to be somewhat understaffed.

Back in 2000 this place use to be a variety store called 3B's. But in 2003 it went out of business and now this place has come to take over. This place is very nice inside the floors are clean, the tables and chairs are clean as well. The staff are nice and friendly. There is a small parking lot in the back of this place that has handicap parking and handicap accessible entrance. You can also park on the street as well. Parking is free no charge. When you walk into this place you have to order your food then pick a table to sit down and wait for the food to come out. But after your done eating you got to put your own plates, silverware, wrappers, etc into a bucket that is in the middle of this place. The food is very good here as well.

I've had great experiences at the Dam Cafe and have brought many friends there for lunch. I've never been disappointed. It's what I expect -- a place where you order at a counter and sit down and have good food. I don't know why people are complaining about service when it's not a full service restaurant.
My favorite sandwich is the "Oscar", generous roast beef with roasted peppers and onions and horseradish sauce. I get it on the grilled ciabatta bread. It's delicious!

Not too impressed. Our sandwiches were so-so. Very nice service. Kind of expensive for what we got.

The ambience of the cafe spot was lowkey and overall nice to hang out at, however, I got food poisoning from eating one of their corn muffins. Might have been due to cross contamination. I called before I arrived to confirm dine-in eating and social distancing protocol. The person that picked up gave me an attitude about asking. Not worth coming back to at all.
