Hole In One Bakery & Coffee Shop

This place is an adorable and cute little place with seating for about 10 at the counter. Most people grab their coffee, donuts, and bagels to go. Donuts are super good. The Fairway (in the same building) offers full sit down breakfast.

Tight quarters and hard to even see the selections, especially with a line that's out the door very early in the morning. I had an iced coffee that was excellent but the donuts weren't too special. Not much seating either. Staff was very friendly.

Honestly, you’re better off getting donuts from Dunkin or a gas station. The donuts weren’t worth the wait or hype. I know it’s a busy season and with COVID they want to serve everyone, but a few workers were impatient with all guests so it wasn’t a very welcoming vibe.

So limited gluten free items that rival any other items in the store.

The donuts, pastries, and coffies are so good that people wait outside, even in the rain, for their turn to order inside the small, cozy shop. Order and go, or stay at one of the 17 counter-top seats. Donuts are hand cut, fresh, big, and light and airy.

Lots of options and cozy atmosphere! Locally owned and good for groups!

I visited this place three times within my five day stay at the Cape. Everything from their coffee to their ham and cheese croissants and other baked goods have a unique taste found nowhere else on the Cape.

I ordered dumplings but there was a hole in one.

Great, fresh baked goods.

Coffee is only OK. Staff is polite and efficient.

Definitely worth the wait in line. Their apple fritters took me back to the days my mom made them.
