Hole In One Bakery & Coffee Shop

I have a love-hate relationship with this place first of all I love it because it's homemade donuts and great service The people are awesome there. But to be frank the donuts aren't as special as you might hope they would be I always leave with the feeling that it could have been better and because it's homemade it very much should be better. I don't want to throw shade on the place but it's just a fact of life. The best donuts there are the twists which are absolutely decadent.

I was in this donut shop this morning right as it opened. I handed the young lady a list of a dozen donuts i wanted. When the kids got up only 3 of the donuts were the ones on the list. I will not be going back!

The doughnuts are great along with the breakfast sandwiches. On the left side of the building are muffins, doughnuts and other treats. Then you have to visit the restaurant to order a breakfast sandwich. The line for the doughnuts can be long but it goes fast. When ordering a sandwich the time can vary. Get there early if you want a large selection.

We got several "bars," a coconut macaroon and a lemon glazed blueberry scone. All were very tasty though only the macaroon was a wow.

Best donuts EVER! The sour cream donut is delish. I never went to imagine an Eastham without HIO.

My family and I love the donuts. We go every year. The service isn’t great and we have noticed it’s been like this the last few years. The servers seem annoyed and bothered that you’re even ordering anything. Very few smiles and it’s not a welcoming feeling at all. If the donuts weren’t so good I wouldn’t even go back because the service stinks. However there is one girl who also works at Arnold’s and she is so pleasant, kind and friendly. I wish I knew her name. More people should be like her!

Oh my gosh! I went in the shop with my husband for a coffee, and had the most marvelous toasted coconut donut. I am not usually a donut eater but they all looked so good. The latte was very nice but the donut is my new standard for excellence.

Big, fresh, dense donuts. The pastries look great, but I haven't tried any. I always get a loaf of the pinapple bread which is super moist and perfectly sweet. The line moves relatively fast. I always feel rushed to place my order...but you should take your time and look at what they have to offer.

Family owned and operated. Donuts made fresh every morning! You can smell them cooking as you drive by at 430am! Simply delicious! Pastries incredible. Homemade granola is fantastic! Wide selection of sweets. Good fresh coffee!

Not sure it’s worth the 30 min line. Coffees were great but the donuts we got weren’t mind blowing. Honestly almost seemed a little stale. Overall happy but wouldn’t go back unless there was no line. Maybe it’s over hyped ?
