When I’m in town, I start every day here. During the busy season there’s always a long line, but it moves quick and it’s always worth the wait!

Yummy! Great selection of many things baked, both sweet and savory. Not cheap, but not expensive either.

This is the smaller version of the sit down place in Orleans, so it is way better for take out than eat in (I think it has some stools along part of the counter, but I haven't ever seen people actually eating a meal in there).

The staff is always pleasant and efficient.

Love this place!! A bit on the pricey side for a morning coffee and sandwich, but its Cape Cod. Everyone is so sweet, and theres always a line out the door. I recommend the mocha fudge muffin and any of their fresh-made bagels, although im not a fan of the chocolate glazed donut or the GF brownie.

Fresh & delicious donuts daily. Great coffees and tea. Friendly staff. The apple fritter is especially good.

Best donuts and muffins on Cape Cod and possibly the world. Get there early, be prepared to wait in line, worth the wait!

The donuts are fantastic. I particularly loved the sour cream donut. One of the best I've had in a long time.

Only three stars because they run out of donuts very early in the morning. However, people wait in line all day expecting donuts, only to be told that there are none once they get inside. The managers need to either put up a sign outside saying they are out of donuts, or just make more donuts (they literally run out 3-4 hours before closing every day).

Got a bagel one of the times I went and it was standard/good. Also got a nitro cold brew, which was quite tasty but spilled when I picked it up because the lid didn't fit on the cup. Be careful out there, folks!

Bottom line, I definitely recommend, but get there early and don't hold your breath.

I’ve seen photos of Hole in One Bakery all over social media and knew we had to try it on our most recent trip to the Cape. I’m not sure I’ll be able to find the words to adequately explain how good everything we had was but I’ll try.

We went twice in three days and now, more than a week later, one of the leftover sweets still (magically) tastes just as good as it did on day one. On the first stop we ordered two bacon and egg croissants and OMG! Those croissants were so buttery and flakey, and they ended holding us over until well past lunch time. Their donut bites are large and have great flavor. They have a raspberry bar that my mom is still drooling over. But, for me, the main star was their cookie dough brownie. On our second trip we picked up a few more for the rest of the vacation and to enjoy at home. These brownies are massive and somehow perfectly moist, and the cookie dough frosting was the perfect compliment. It wasn’t too sweet and because it’s so large it lasts forever. It had so much flavor and is easily one of the best sweets I’ve ever eaten. Their donuts are fresh and don’t skimp on the toppings or the flavor. Based off of what we ate and all of the locals we saw inside, Hole in One offers a menu where everything on it is delicious.

The staff was very friendly and answered any questions we had. I mentioned we had been the day before and had to come back and you could tell that comment really meant a lot to them. And you can’t beat the value; I’m still amazed at all of the food we got for less than $20 each trip. We’re so glad we discovered Hole in One and look forward to adding it to our must-visit stops when on Cape Cod.

On word - DELISH. LOVED the sour cream donut, could tell it was fresh and wasn't painfully sweet with glaze. The french vanilla muffin and feta and spinach croissant were top too! Bought a bag of local granola too and can't wait to try it!

I’m honestly only leaving this review because of their blueberry muffins. The muffin itself was pretty standard, definitely used plenty of blueberries, but the muffin top was heaven. I’d take a dozen of just them. I’m a big fan of old fashioned cake donuts and those were good too.
